  • I have never been so upset. The WORST product and service I’ve ever experienced. I emailed them last year on 18th of December about my goods being damaged. The jar was open the the moss was all over the box and it had a putrid smell to it. They said they will deliver another one. I still haven’t received one. They said no to a refund before. I’m not happy. I’m disgusted by their services. They think it’s ok to steal from people. I spent money on a product and received nothing. I emailed them again recently and have had no response, I’m being ignored. I don’t recommend this brand to anyone. I feel bad for the people who are gonna get scammed. Disgusting product and service.

  • I wish I viewed these reviews prior to being scammed by this company! Submitted & paid for an order mid January, overnight delivery was an option which ended out to be a complete failure. I have sent 8 emails to request a refund as I have waited 3 months to receive my order, I have been ignored via email & Instagram and have received disgusting customer service filled with excuse after excuse. How can this business take our money & not deliver regarding not only appropriate customer service & their product to then make this terrible stance of no refund. After giving up the fight & waiting for my package to be delivered 3 months later I received my delivery yesterday. I am beyond frustrated & disappointed my order I have received is not correct and is off! I received X1 less box of the Lychee & Apple Sea Moss & X1 box I did receive all sachets are swollen, tight and some have exploded in the box leaking everywhere, the smell is terrible! I’m assuming it’s gone off in the heat while in transit. I have sent x2 more emails demanding a refund..no response!! Surely we can take this further with Fair Trading, $120.00 from my order times how many other people that have been ripped off!

  • FRAUD. After 3 months I received a notification from DHL stating my sea moss is in the way. I bought 3 flavors. I received 1 flavor - when I opened the the packets burst during shipment. Spoiled sea moss everywhere! The individual sachet was filled with gas/air. As soon as I opened one that hasn’t burst - the smell was just horrible and the sea moss was practically fizzing. I can’t believe I was scammed.

  • I'm personally deciding to update my review because I've already resolved my case with my bank and I want to move on. I hope this company well and I hope their new phase of packaging has dry ice and immediate transparency at check out about their 5 month shipping. Update 5/23: I never heard back from them after they said they escalated it to their management team on 4/18 (I sent them photos of the burst and incorrect product I received). Then at 3am yesterday, I got an email thanking me for an order I didn't ask for. It was a charge of zero, so I'm assuming they were trying to make up for my previous experience, but it's been so long I already found sea moss gel locally in my community. I emailed them immediately stating I don't wish to receive this new order and to give it to someone else that is willing to receive a free product from them. 5/31: My email was ignored. I received another parcel today. I spoke with the DHL gentleman and he said that the package wasn't labeled to be refrigerated nor was it packed with dry ice. As soon as I carefully opened the cans, the bag inside inflated so much from the fermentation that I couldn't pull it out of the can without cutting it to let the air out. I don't feel safe consuming this. I hope this company well as they fine tune their product and shipping worldwide, and I hope they won't try to flag my review again or send me something else in the mail I'm just expressing my honest opinion and experience. I recommend anyone to support their local businesses. I have a mom and pop bakery near me that offers fresh sea moss gel I recently found out about. It has done wonders for my health. Wishing everyone well.

  • Placed an order in February and I still have not received the product. Have sent multiple follow up emails requesting for an updated and keep getting an automated forwarded email advising they’re going through rebranding changes etc. I have finally sent an email requesting for a full refund, and I keep getting the same email from an Amelia. First impressions, this is an over hyped product with no expectations on delivering on their services. It’s unfortunate that most of these social media’s like Instagram and Facebook support fake products and services like this one. It’s hard to find a genuine company’s with authentic advertisement. I would also encourage flooding their instagram post and Facebook adds with real reviews.

  • Please spread the word!! This company is an absolute scam. They’re a bunch FRAUDS!!! Don’t be an idiot like I was smh 🤦‍♀️ I placed an order early Jan 4 months later and I still haven’t received my order. Post on your stories ect. About this awful company robbing people of their money!!!

  • I was fortunate enough to get a refund after many weeks of back and forth emails, multiple DMs and tones of comments on all MosxDaily social pages - basically to get their attention. I also contacted A Current Affair who responded via phone call. Seems like they’re open to doing a story on this awful company - reach out to ACA with your MosxDaily experience. DM or comment on founder Brent’s Instagram to gain his attention if you’re waiting on products or a refund. As the owner, he really needs to face up to all this ongoing BS. Looks like Brent is pretty good at hiding / deleting comments on his Instagram page. Blows my mind he still continues to take people’s orders / money. Also, looks like MosxDaily Instagram is down or has been deleted. Good luck everyone.

  • DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! I purchased back in January now the end of March & nothing! I asked for a refund & it was declined, after that all emails are ignored & when I logged a query through the shop app they cancelled the order!

  • After waiting 4 months for my order and constantly being told it was due to them transferring to new packaging this is the state of packaging my order arrived in. Dirty, rusted and dinted… oh and both jars expire in 26 days 🫠 I would not recommend purchasing this product at all, eating from rusty jars can’t be healthy and customer service is shocking to say the least Both of these are going straight to the bin absolute waste of money.

  • What a scam!!!! Ordered 20th Jan & still waiting for my order! Countless emails telling me the exact same thing, but still nothing rxed! If there’s trouble with packaging etc…this company shouldn’t be taking any orders from anyone!!!! Maybe sort this out first?? Still nothing rxed & it’s now 8th Apr. Did rx a shipping notification 28th Mar & no movement! Contacted DHL & they told me they have not rxed anything from MosXDaily to ship??? Who does that? Sends a fake shipping notification!! SCAM!!!!! Absolutely disgusting ! Was also told I was going to rx a refund!!! Yeh that’s not going to happen!!!!!!

  • Just received today after a January purchase. Ordered coconut flavour does not taste like coconut.. texture is weird and not like other sea moss gels I’ve had. Not smooth comes in plastic sachets but no way to re seal…. Doesn’t seem like it would keep very well. 2X sachets come in container but both were different colours. Idk not a fan wasted my money and tbh after the hassle I don’t trust this company and was scared to try it to be honest

  • EDIT: 5 months after I ordered and after having Afterpay graciously refund me when the company wouldn’t, my order arrived and this is what I received. Needless to say, it went in the bin. It smelt foul and the almost exploded when I tried to yank it out of the tin. If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered on 20 Jan, generic emails sent to advise of packaging delays therefore shipping delays. Apparently they have tens of thousands of orders so just be patient. No thanks! I asked for a cancellation multiple times on different platform, no response. Went to Afterpay who thankfully refunded me today as Mos x were also non responsive to them. For anyone who ordered via Afterpay, lodge a dispute. I have also gone to Fair Trading and A Current Affair, they continue to take orders without fulfilling the ones they already have. It’s an influencer heavy brand, don’t get sucked in. Have also noticed that across multiple platforms, they have not gotten one negative review…they delete all the negative feedback leaving only questions and praise

  • The worst experience from start to end. My order arrived 3 months later. Kept getting the run around. Never email the “support” team bc they never answer; my chats had to be through DM on Instagram. There are “No Refunds” even as I explained to them has unbelievably unsatisfied I was as a first time customer. When packagaes FINALLY arrived it was a mess! I opened the lid and it exploded hurting my fingers and splashing tbe product all over me. Then I look at the bottom to find an expiration date and it has the a date that already passed OR one very much soon approaching 040524. They emailed me a 25% discount code which is laughable bc who in their right mind would want to order from them again after such experience. Also it smells horrid, can’t trust consuming it now

  • I had never used sea moss before. My friend, who has tried multiple sea moss brands, suggested mos x daily. I genuinely have no words for how good it is! Their flavours are delicious, and I've seen excellent results in my hair and nail growth, and gut health. It is by far the best health supplement I've ever tried. I don't think I can live without it now!

  • DISGUSTING rusty packaging received, horrible customer service. Ordered back in December 2023 only to receive a WET and RUSTY product! Initially customer service was compliant to fix the issue, however never sent a new product or provided a refund. I was continually met with excuses and new false delivery dates. It’s March and I’ve received no replacement product, refund or further correspondence when I’ve questioned this. This issue is now with fair trading! Please purchase with caution

  • ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BRAND! I've taken multiple sea moss brands in the past, and nothing compares to Mos x Daily. I ordered both acai and raw and my skin has never looked and felt so good, my brain fog is completely gone, and my energy levels are through the roof. 100% recommended to anyone looking for a fantastic sea moss brand!

  • I ordered early December and they have delayed the ETA 3 times and I still haven’t received it nearly 3 months later. I have contacted them again 4 days ago and they still haven’t responded. I’ve requested a refund through Afterpay which is still pending. I’m so thankful that I didn’t sign up for monthly subscription! What a scam!

  • Honestly, I will never order from this company. I have emailed numerous times to get the status on my package, Hope stated the lychee & apple is on backorder, long story short. I was getting the runaround, package came a month later with the 1 product exploded and expired, tin can rusted and the acai is due to expire soon Emailed the company again, all I get is crickets. SMH. Wish I read the reviews first!!

  • Delivery notification has always come in at about 14 business days (on website when I ordered it stated on their policy 5 business days, now they’ve changed it to 9 business days??). After I received the delivery notification it’s taken about 10-12 days for my orders to get to me. Comes from the NT and I’m in Melbourne. My last order I’ve had massive issues with. I liked the product the first time I ordered but didn’t like the long delivery times and lack of congruity on the policies BUT I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they’re a new business and ordered again willing to wait the month it takes to get to me. When my second order arrived I only got 1 out of the 2 lychee apple tins that I ordered. It came in a coconut box for some reason too?? When I opened it up it was wet inside and the tin had rusted. Then I was shocked to see that the foil seal had been tampered with and had pin sizes holes in it making the tin unsealed. With this order as well they must’ve gotten confused and told me my order was on preorder and to be patient but in actuality I ordered it when it stated that the product on the website was in stock!! I emailed back to them wanting a refund cos I was sick of waiting but I received a shipment notification about 3-4 days later 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve contacted customer service multiple times to get a refund and haven’t had a response yet. Only random responses on their Facebook chat and it seems like I’m talking to multiple people. I just really really want a refund ASAP not even a replacement as I now have to order some seamoss from another company. I’ve also put in a complaint to consumer affairs because of all of this unfortunately but I’m just really not impressed.

  • Edit** have now received a month later but arrived leaking out of container- tin has rusted, I assume no longer safe to consume. Have emailed company. Pin holes in seal also- concerning. Will not buy again. Extremely slow dispatch- ordered 3rd Jan - have not received (30/01) no correspondence. Apparently it takes longer to dispatch it because they harvest the sea moss fresh after the order? If that is the case they need to make it clearer on website this will cause delays
