Love!!! I had a cheap version of this ring that I bought years ago which, as cheap rings do, lost its luster and the gold flaked off … I’ve been searching for a quality version to replace it and this ring is perfection! Keep the compliments coming!! MV shipping was quick and the packaging adorable.

I love that there are huggie earrings that are small enough to fit my small earlobes. I have loved this brand for a while. I also love that they do piercings in the store as well. High quality and great variety.

One of my favorite brands for a really nice gift (for myself or maybe my mom!). Everything feels really really quality, and I've had a few pieces for a few years that have really endured. If you're looking for something sort of minimalist or classic to treat yourself to, this is a really great place to look.

My favourite earrings and a beautiful travel case are a completely worthy investment that I made lost summer. I’ve gotten so much use out of these earrings compliments there’s just nothing that can replicate how beautiful they are.

Monica Vinader is a luxury brand it is definitely worth the money. The pieces are timeless and designed to last a lifetime (all pieces come with a 5 year warranty in which you can get your jewellery repaired for free!) I would definitely recommend the quality to anyone looking for a special gift for a friend or family member or to anyone wanting to invest in some good quality, durable jewellery for themselves!

Total que hice el proceso para que repararan mi artículo y lo envié a reparación. Desde el primer contacto con customer service muy amables por cierto me dieron la opción de darme una gift card por el precio que yo había pagado por mi anillo o esperar más de 12 semanas por que me lo repararan. Opté por la opción de reparación y expliqué a la persona que fue un regalo de mi esposo y que lo quería conservar. Y se mandó a reparación. Esperé 12 largas semanas para recibir de regreso mi anillo y cuál fue mi sorpresa que después de 12 semanas me contactan para decirme que mi anillo se les perdió, que no saben dónde quedó si fue que en el taller lo perdieron o no saben que fue lo que pasó. Total que me ofrecieron un gift card con la misma cantidad que yo pagué de mi anillo. Me dio mucho coraje porque no creo la verdad que eso pasó. El dije al personal que no se me hacía justo lo que había pasado que porque esperaron 12 semanas para decirme que no lo tienen. Claro que no les creo pero en fin. Para catarme la boca me mandaron un gift card por 50 dlls más. Y me sugerían que me comprara otro porque el que yo compré ya no existe en su catálogo. Que escogiera de esos que ellos me sugerían a lo que les dije que NO que yo quería el mío que ya no había y que era mucho más lindo que los que tienen ahora. El mío tenía un topacio blanco y el que hay ahora no tiene la puedra solo es liso. Total, quedé súper SÚPER DECEPCIONADA mi Anillo era lo máximo. Me siento robada, claro que mi anillo ya no cuesta lo que hace 5 años pero ellos se lavan las manos diciendo que no pueden hacer más. ME SIENTO ROBADA.

Do not pierce your ears in the stores , the jewellery used in the stores is too short and doesn’t allow for any swelling of the ear . This jewellery is only suitable for HEALD piercings. Very disappointed with customer service I received from the company. I love the jewellery and always recommend it to friends but won’t be recommending or shopping with the company anymore. I have travelled to pierce my ear in one of their stores in London and in addition I purchased additional jewellery for my other piercings which I haven’t been wearing. I ve spend 250£ on the day on studs and piercing fee. Due to no advice form a piercer regarding the sizing of the jewellery I went ahead and pierced my ear and put new jewellery in the old piercings which I wasn’t wearing. Since it was a lot of trauma to the ear ( 3 pieces of jewellery in 1 ) my ear swell up, piercing embedded in my ear and I developed cellulitis. When I contacted MV they kindly offered a refund for the jewellery and piercing fee and offered me a voucher of £30. To be honest I was disappointed with this since I have spend a lot more in fees relating to the whole incident. I asked for a possibility of choosing a piece of jewellery form a current collection but this was declined. “ Thank you for getting back to me. I have passed on this information regarding the Gold Vermeil Alta Textured Chain Anklet, and this will be recycled. In regards to the complaint you raised, I do feel as though we have provided an appropriate gesture of goodwill, and I will not be extending it on this occasion. When I spoke to you about this over the phone, I did explain that we would not usually accept any returns for piercing studs or the piercing fee, however I was willing to make an exception considering your circumstances. We have therefore already refunded non refundable items as a goodwill gesture for a total of £185, and we will not be offering a piece of jewellery form our collection in lieu of the gift voucher offered. I am very sorry that you had an issue with your piercing, and this is why we agreed to honour the return of the studs, and the refund of the piercing fee. As it was an external piercer, and not anyone within Monica Vinader, who advised that this piercing was done incorrectly, this is not something that we are able to comment on. What I can say is that all of our piercers are trained to a high level and qualified to perform all of the piercings that we have available. I appreciate that this may not be the response that you were hoping for, however this has been assessed internally and this is our final decision. Look, I know their jewelry is beautiful, but I wanted one especially engraved and I put the wrong date on it, it's a birthday present, they told me that I can't change the date because they've sent it already 2 hour from when l perched it. It was quite expensive and now they want me to pay more money to return it and get a new one sent to me they need to give you more time to check and re check, so disappointed

Love the jewelry that they have, especially their rings and earrings. They have not lost their color or given me any kind of discolouration on my fingers when washing my hands. Their designs are also so cute and dainty.
