Miss Jones’ Brownie Baking Mix is just the right amount, contains healthy ingredients for a convenience mix and they are organic. I typically add my own nuts and milked flax seed to it and respect the amount of sugar that brownies come with in general. My family enjoys these!

Nice cookie mix and simple instructions to follow. It is well written on the back and as well as nice little diagrams. Fun colors on the packaging and a good picture of the cookie that you will be making.

These gluten-few baking mixes are a good way for anyone following that diet to still enjoy baked goods. I can still tell theses cookies aren't quite as good as ones with gluten, but taste and texture were definitely better than store-bought pre-prepared gluten free baked goods.

I've tried this brand's brownie mix, and it's very delicious. The only downside is that it is a little more expensive than other baking mixes, but I think it's worth the price especially if you only have brownies on a rare occasion.
