Their bars are really tasty. I not a fan of all their flavours. But for the high protein and plant based they are really good. The only donwside could be the texture because it is chewy.

My overall experience was not anything I would have chosen or expected from any commercial organisation. I'm concerned now about the product, having read countless reviews of how dry and flavourless they are, but that remains to be seen. Regardless of that, the experience has been awful.

Avoid like the plague. I ordered (as a new customer) with a 3-5 day delivery time. 20 days it took, consisting of two separate deliveries, false assurances of the replacement package being on "next day" delivery, countless written communications addressing me as "Hey There" and thanking me for getting in touch yet addressing nothing of the issues. They simply could not care less. I'm still trying to get a full response from them, they have breached their statutory obligations - oh and their published T&C are unlawful, watch out for that too (I have advised them but again, ignored). A totally unprofessional organisation who has no concept of service quality or standard, or the importance of reputation. It's a competitive world, Misfits Health. There are lots of companies offering similar products and prices to you, if you can't stand out for quality service then you'll fall flat on your face. I repeatedly told your "Ella" that I wanted this raised to someone senior and that I would be leaving public feedback which reflected my experience. She ignored every single word of it, just kept coming back with "Hey There, thanks for getting in touch" etc. Awful. Shop elsewhere, good people. We're going through enough with cost of living, energy crisis etc, without adding dire service and breached agreements to our days.

I ordered a 5 box bundle a month ago after reading raving reviews and I have been on top of the status of my order every week. Ella has been the person to answer all of my emails. Ella has told me she amended my order after I found out one of my items is out of stock(greatest hits variety box). I made a new selection and Ella confirmed the change on my order. The following week, Ella responds to my update request and tells me the same item that has already been changed on my order is out of stock(greatest hits variety box) and prompts me to make another selection... this is week 2. I tell her I already made this selection a week ago. So again she confirms my amended order for a second time. Another week goes by, this is week 3, with no updates so I follow up and I am told my order is being dispatched immediately. Another week goes by with no update so I follow up again. I am upset because I have been told my order was amended twice already and I have been told that it was dispatched “immediately” ... all confirmed by Ella. Now at week 4 I am being told by Ella that they are doing all they can with the stock issues. There was never any mention of any other item being out of stock on my order. Does no one think to fulfill the part of the order that is in stock???? I HAVE BEEN WAITING A MONTH! OVER $100 ON THESE PROTEIN BARS ALREADY CHARGED A MONTH AGO! I HAVE NO PRODUCT. I CAN’T EVEN GET CLEAR AND ACCURATE COMMUNICATION! And when I request a tracking number for the order that has supposedly already been shipped or proof of the cancelation of my order in the case that it’s not shipped yet (since I have already been told it’s been shipped) the email does not reflect a cancelled order! Just another run around email that completely ignores all the previous email conversations. Let me also add that I respond to this in a thread like fashion for the most part. I have done two website inquiries hoping I would get answers from someone else but Ella continues to answer the emails. Customer service here is absolutely terrible. I don’t even want to try these anymore, I don’t care how good the reviews say they are. This much trouble for protein bars isn’t worth it. Probably gonna have to dispute this with my bank since my request for cancellation and refund along with proof of both actions has been completely ignored. I don’t know what pisses me off more, How much time I have wasted or the fact that no one is doing anything about this. I’m not the first to make a complaint like this. I literally work in customer service and I would have been fired if I handled customers like this. You have one job and that’s to update customers and follow through on what you tell them. Absolutely no excuse for this to have gone on so long. The amount of times I was lied to... tell the truth and be honest. Learn some professionalism when emailing customers... ie not professional nor appreciated to give a customer false updates.
