The Wild Sockeye is my favorite. Mussels in escabeche are nice too. Marinated in a garlicky Spanish citrus wine sauce with herbs like thyme, rosemary and bay leaves, and as well as cinnamon and paprika, the plump Mediterranean mussels are a nutritious small meal with bread or over rice.
