  • I appreciate the refill concept, and both the scent and glass bottle aesthetics are *chefs kiss*. The tablets dissolving partially did throw me off, but they fully dissolved after a day or two and the hand soap works well. Shaking it gently helped with the distribution I think. I find I only need 1-2 pumps for a really good lather and the scent doesn’t remain strong like perfume on your skin.

  • This is a cool (albeit not super unique) idea, headed in the right direction. The glass bottle looks and feels luxurious. The scent is amazing. I think the formulation could use some tweaks. It took over 48 hours for the pellets to dissolve, and once dissolved, the soap feels a touch watery (and can squirt out in unexpected directions if you’re not careful). Photo is after 24 hours.

  • A truly luxurious, eco-friendly hand soap! I've tried other dissolvable hand soaps in the past, but I didn't like that most of them were foam soap and didn't feel or smell like anything special. Maison Mascarell feels and smells incredible; it lathers well, and you'd never guess it's made from tablets. I appreciate that the scent is unique to the brand and that they weren't trying to replicate something else on the market. The glass bottle is sturdy, and I love the design. It looks great on the counter in the powder bathroom. I look forward to purchasing refills and keeping my eyes peeled for any new scents or products they may release!

  • This soap is beautiful in every way, from the packaging to the glass bottle to the scent and feel. I love the concept and hope it's a worthwhile investment, I'm curious to see how long one packet (which makes one ~11oz bottle) lasts. On that note, a little goes a very long way; you won't need a full pump, far from it. Once you add water and make your hand potion (so fun), the end result texture is not like other soaps I've used. It's more like a viscous gel-oil IMO. It lathers well and feels silky on the skin as it rinses off (zero residue). The scent, while prevalent when washing and rinsing, isn't super strong, and I haven't noticed it lingering. Overall, a lovely soap that I'm excited to use and looks beautiful on my sink.

  • The most beautiful and thoughtful soap brand I've come across. If you're looking for unique gift for a birthday, housewarming, Mother's Day, etc., this is PERFECT.
