Reviewers praise its 13g protein per serving, gluten‑free/grain‑free formulas, fun flavors like Fruity, Cocoa, Cinnamon Roll, and Maple Waffle, and cheerful packaging; common complaints cite an artificial or stevia/monk‑fruit aftertaste, gummy texture that sticks to teeth, flavor inconsistency (especially some chocolate/peanut butter variants), limited satiety for some, and very small, pricey boxes.

  • I was really hoping I would enjoy this cereal but the texture while chewing is odd and gummy. When I dumped out some of the cereal excess in the sink, I didn't wash it down the drain right away and when I did, I noticed that it stuck to the sink and confirmed my suspicion regarding the gumminess of the cereal. One of my son's did enjoy it though but another one and myself did not. I did buy this on a clearance rack at the store and honestly glad because I would have been upset to spend $10 on a box of this. I tried the peanut butter one.

  • This cereal tastes good plus has a good amount of protein. My kids don’t exactly like it so it’s not exactly like the original but to me it’s pretty darn good. It’s pricey but worth it if you are trying to get more protein in.

  • This is our new favorite desert. They’re fun the mix! The peanut butter and chocolate are especially decadent! Highly recommended!!

  • Love this “adult cereal” bit pricey for being a breakfast item however it’s one of the best choice for eating cereal with protein in the market

  • I really did not care for the aftertaste at all and I really don't get the packaging concept. Although I Received the product at a discount, I would not buy orherwise.

  • It's very delicious and healthy

  • I have always loved cereal, so I was excited to try a cereal variation that had some redeeming qualities! Naturally, the flavor is a bit more mild than traditional sugary cereals but overall is still very tasty! Honestly, my biggest complaint is that I find it tends to get very caked to my back teeth. I enjoyed mixing the chocolate and peanut butter together to get a Reese’s Puffs knockoff :)

  • Overall Magicspoon makes a good product. Some flavors are better than others. I liked the Cinnamon and Frosted, not a fan of the Peanut Butter or Fruity, too sweet!

  • Kids absolutely loved!

  • Ordered cereal mix. Thankfully it was discounted because the amount of cereal is very small. The box says 4 cups and it was barely 3 cups when I measured it after opening. (It seemed so small) no matter the price, at least give consumer what box says it has. Ate the cereal at night when we want a sweet treat. Liked taste enough but goes stale quick.

  • Quite expensive, especially when compared to other brands of high-protein cereal. The flavors are not bad by any means but also not great? Mid and there's an artificial sweetness that's almost cloying about them. The chocolate flavor is great.

  • I have tried almost every flavor. Peanut butter was my favorite. I wanted to love it but it was just ok.

  • The flavors was great for a healthy cereal but I can't get over the price. For the size and price its just not worth it in my perspective.

  • Too expensive and taste was sub par.

  • Decent ingredients but after a while I couldn't get past the taste. Worth a try. I like the unique box art.

  • Not terrible. I would definitely buy again. It's one of the better grain free cereals I've tried and it's keto friendly. The cinnamon roll flavor is really good.

  • The positives: Cereal box designs are fantastic and fun! The Negatives: Unfortunately, the taste does not reflect the same excitement seen on the package. I purchased 2 boxes of Magic Spoon Cereal - peanut butter and chocolate. Both were disappointing. The peanut butter smelled nice, but was chalky and weird. It kind of reminded me of powdered peanut butter. Adding milk only made it worse. The chocolate flavor wasn’t for me either. Kind of tasted like a weird chocolate pudding. Based on the above I do not plan to try the other Magic Spoon cereal flavors. The price is too high and the reward too low. However, I would love to eat cereal using Magic Spoon’s super cute bowl and spoon set!

  • Magic Spoon cereal offers a delightful and nutritious breakfast experience. The vibrant flavors not only satisfy your taste buds but also provide a guilt-free indulgence, thanks to its low sugar and high protein content. The unique blend of ingredients makes it a practical and enjoyable choice for those seeking a tasty yet health-conscious start to their day.

  • I’m currently breast feeding and was looking for a high protein snack cereal. I’ve done keto many times before and I saw this product at Costco - the fruity one - I also tried the cinnamon roll. It def meets macro requirements. I don’t find the cereal to be particularly delicious. They fruity one has a sicky sweetness and milky after taste which lingers if you eat it dry like I do for a snack. The cinnamon roll is a bit better in my opinion. It hits the macros though and is keto friendly and gluten free - so yes it is worth it. At the price point though it’s more of a treat than something I would buy weekly. The individual box ran me about $9.20 at target and it is a very small amount in the box. My parents tried it at my house and their main comment was too much for the amount of cereal.
