Magic Spoon Reviews

3.5

Magic Spoon largely satisfies those seeking a healthier, high‑protein, low‑sugar riff on nostalgic cereals, according to reviews, but it is not universally loved. Reviewers praise its 13g protein per serving, gluten‑free/grain‑free formulas, fun flavors like Fruity, Cocoa, Cinnamon Roll, and Maple Waffle, and cheerful packaging; common complaints cite an artificial or stevia/monk‑fruit aftertaste, gummy texture that sticks to teeth, flavor inconsistency (especially some chocolate/peanut butter variants), limited satiety for some, and very small, pricey boxes.

  • The protein treats from Magic Spoon are sooo delicious!!! I enjoy the taste a lot and it healthy too. It contains only additives that is bad (glycerin) and high in saturated fat, but overall is good. I totally recommend it.

  • I really enjoyed the grain free granola from magic spoon. It has a delicious taste (not too sweet) and i really like that it has protein and is low in sugar. My only critique is the price! $10 for this very small bag in this economy?! As much as i love it i don't think i will repurchase as there are plenty of other great options.

  • First off I love the packaging, I purchased the cocoa and would need to really give all the flavors a taste before making my final decision. Another situation where it's not bad, but it's not amazing. If your craving cereal and want to hit some protein as well then this might satisfy that itch for you. The cocoa flavor is very faint but I do enjoy how crunchy it stays while I crush my bowl.

  • Fruity Cereal is 3 year old approved. He did not notice the switch and asked for it again after multiple days with other breakfasts on in-between days. Expensive, but great alternative for picky eaters. Imho the outside tastes just like fruit loops.

Remember the carefree days of childhood, when you didn't feel guilty about eating mountains of cereal with questionable nutrition? Well, now you can have your cereal and eat it too. We re-engineered that same great taste with grown-up ingredients for a game-changing cereal 2.0.
