Magic Spoon largely satisfies those seeking a healthier, high‑protein, low‑sugar riff on nostalgic cereals, according to reviews, but it is not universally loved. Reviewers praise its 13g protein per serving, gluten‑free/grain‑free formulas, fun flavors like Fruity, Cocoa, Cinnamon Roll, and Maple Waffle, and cheerful packaging; common complaints cite an artificial or stevia/monk‑fruit aftertaste, gummy texture that sticks to teeth, flavor inconsistency (especially some chocolate/peanut butter variants), limited satiety for some, and very small, pricey boxes.

I've tried all of the flavors - but these truly came off like the La Croix of cereal. Little to no flavor, strangely inconsistent textures, and really expensive for how much you get.
Very much did not care for these!! Funky texture and way too sweet :(. They also went stale pretty quick.
I eat a low carb diet and attempt to try all the low carb/keto that come onto the market. Magic Spoon has a lot of flavors and Fruity is my favorite. The amount in the box is small, so the price to volume ratio does keep me from buying it regularly.
We love the cinnamon!
I’ve only tried the Cocoa Puffs, and wanted to love them because I am always looking for high protein alternatives, but they were not good. They taste like cardboard. The texture is too gritty and there is not even a hint of sweetness. Not ideal
I tried the pumpkin spice flavour in the fall and it set the tone for my whole season and I had an amazing autumn and it tasted actually so good and I was getting enough protein in the morning just from my cereal so like I was happy! I loved it! I enjoyed it! BUT... it was exspensyyyyy... soooo.... Packaging is ADORBS though and the taste is great so I'd say 4/5 with a point off for the price. :)
Really tasty cereal. Very expensive for what you get. The boxes can be a little deceiving in their size because the bag within is much smaller than expected. Perhaps I was just thinking of the cereals I had as a kid and the quantity that came in each box, but it’s a shame that one bag lasts only for two or three bowls of cereal. Excellent flavors. I particularly like the chocolate and peanut butter flavors. My kids adore the cereal as well and often steal it from me.

Tried the Honey Nut flavor and was disappointed to find that the cereal kind of… dissolves? It probably because the cereal is made out of protein. The price is three times the amount as original cereals. Maybe a good option for low carb people that want a novelty breakfast choice, but the product is subpar at a luxury price.
The best low-carb, high-protein breakfast cereal
I liked the higher protein content and it made my morning breakfasts feel a little more indulgent! However, the cereal gets sticky in your teeth. If you eat a lot, beware--the protein and artificial sugar will upset your stomach.
The cereal tastes great, but I don't care for the price and the feeling it leaves on my teeth, if that makes sense. It also hurts my stomach but I am sensitive to this type of food possibly.
These are okay. For being a high-carb, high-protein cereal they get the job done and satisfy the craving. Definitely not my favorite cereal, but they help in a pinch if I'm trying to eat a little healthier but still crave cereal :)
Magic Spoon has revolutionized my breakfast! This cereal is a delicious and guilt-free alternative with high protein, low carbs, and no unnecessary additives. The variety of flavors and keto-friendly aspect make it a morning favorite. If you want a cereal that combines nostalgia with a health-conscious approach, Magic Spoon is a must-try. Highly recommended!
Love love love Magic Spoon. I’ve tried multiple flavors now and they’re all great without the “healthy” taste you get with a lot of low carb cereal. My only negative would be that the price point can be high without a subscription.
I don’t think they’re worth the price. It’s pretty generic but it’s not the worst. If you need a cereal that’s exactly this need then try it out.

All of the flavors that I have tried are amazing and it is a great way to start the day. Low in carb high in protein couldn't ask for more.

The flavors sound good but I'm always disappointed by the texture and mouthfeel of the cereals and bars.
Love the idea, hate the cost. I’ve tried several flavors, some are good and some are downright awful. The texture is a bit strange, causing the cereal to stick to your teeth. Fruity is the best flavor I’ve tried, cinnamon worst.

I have nothing to say other than these might be the most disgusting thing I have ever tried.
