Magic Spoon largely satisfies those seeking a healthier, high‑protein, low‑sugar riff on nostalgic cereals, according to reviews, but it is not universally loved. Reviewers praise its 13g protein per serving, gluten‑free/grain‑free formulas, fun flavors like Fruity, Cocoa, Cinnamon Roll, and Maple Waffle, and cheerful packaging; common complaints cite an artificial or stevia/monk‑fruit aftertaste, gummy texture that sticks to teeth, flavor inconsistency (especially some chocolate/peanut butter variants), limited satiety for some, and very small, pricey boxes.

Such good cereal, with good wholesome ingredients. It’s on the expensive side but it’s worth it! Very tasty.
Influencers kept saying it had no strange taste but I tried two flavors and it was straight artificial sweetener
Flavor is fruit and just like the leading name brand, but healthy. Very pricy at the store so not affordable on a consistent basis.
I love that this is a high protein cereal, but the flavor and texture was a little odd. Flavor was generally okay, just a little different, but the texture is what threw me off. My husband and I both thought the same thing.
So good! Healthy alternative to sugary cereals and gets protein in for the day.
Flavors could be improved but the fact that it's high protein makes a huge difference.
I love this cereal brand. I am vegetarian and try to get excess protein wherever I can, and this has been an added treat! I think the flavors are all really tasty, as well as the crunchy texture. I eat on yogurt, with fruit, or honestly just out of a bowl. I continuously go back and purchase it; definitely worth it to me in terms of a low sugar cereal.
If you’re looking for a cereal that’s a healthier dupe for a sugary cereal indulgence, you’ll be disappointed. But, if you’re just looking for a tasty high protein snack or cereal, I think you’ll enjoy this. Better than many “healthier” options, magic spoon is good if you take it for what it is which is a high protein cereal that is yummier than most competitors. It’s a bit expensive, so I still felt like it was more of a sometimes choice since it was add up if you ate it every day, but the flavors were good and it kept me full much longer than the old sugary cereals of yore.

I ordered the variety pack. I tried each flavor with oat milk and it gave me an upset stomach and maybe tmi but gas as well
I really wanted to like this but it tasted too artificial for me :/
The idea of 0 sugar, protein cereal did not sound appealing at first. Once I tried it, I was hooked on it! It is flavorful and now it is easy to find at the grocery store! Definitely recommend trying it!
My fiancé and I love love love Magic Spoon cereal and snack treats. The amount of protein and fun flavors is incredible! And minimal sugar! It's like a dream product. I'm excited for parents to have such options for their kids to raise them to be healthier. The cocoa puff look-a-like is one of my favorite's but I also love the different seasonal flavors released such as Pumpkin Spice! The new treats are amazing to toss in my bag and take on the go for a quick protein boost and sweet snack.
I love that this cereal is high in protein, and I love the branding/packaging, however, it is too expensive. I love the brightly colored packaging. The taste of the cereal is good with milk, but I wouldn't snack on the pieces by themselves.
The packaging is more fun than the taste and texture. The cereal was too crunchy for my TMJ pain - FYI to future buyers.
Magic spoon was pretty good, but not as good as I expected them to be.
Great nutritional content, macros and lots of flavor options . Doesn’t taste super similar to your generic brand cereals, but this cereal is far more satiating. Not too sweet either. Pretty pricey, however
Love this cereal. My husband and I eat it as “dessert” for a treat. Sometimes we eat it with milk and sometimes with yogurt or ice cream. While it’s not exactly the same as its sugary counterpart, it’s still a guilt-free “adult” cereal option.
I tried the variety pack because of all the hype of how the taste is unlike anything else and better than the traditional cereals. Honestly it was meh, flavors were awkward and after trying each flavor twice just for good measure, and it just wasn’t worth any of the hype. Tasted mostly artificial and cardboardy.
I really wanted to love this brand, but unfortunately did not! The reason why they’re able to sell you on their healthier for you cereal is because they literally pump the cereal full of air so crunches down to nothing. It’s expensive and unsatisfying.
I just can't justify the price for the cereal. It's not terrible, but I definitely feel like I'm eating a healthy cereal. That said, I'd rather just reach for the real thing or something more substantial when it comes to breakfast or a snack.
