  • I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I ordered from Luna Tanning Cream almost 2.5 weeks ago and still have not received my order, despite their shipping estimate being 3–5 days. Customer service has been extremely disappointing. They refuse to issue a refund until they “hear back from the shipping company,” even though the package is clearly delayed or lost. As a customer, that should not fall on me — if a company chooses to use a poor shipping service, they should still take responsibility for resolving it properly. The responses feel copied and pasted, including lines like “we’re sad your experience has not been glowing,” which honestly felt unprofessional and dismissive considering the situation. At this point I’m out $160 with no product and no resolution. Instead of taking accountability, they continue blaming the shipping company and saying it’s “out of their hands.” Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.

  • This was my first time ordering from this company. I received a notification that the order had been delivered, however, it was not. When I contacted the company they told me to look around my porch and ask my neighbors and then if I didn’t find it to contact the delivery service and track it down. I’m not sure why it is my responsibility to track it down when it simply did not appear. I then asked the company to provide me with the DELIVERY company’s contact information so I could begin tracking. I did not get a response. Therefore, I am out the money and have no product and the company is doing nothing to help me.
