I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I ordered from Luna Tanning Cream almost 2.5 weeks ago and still have not received my order, despite their shipping estimate being 3–5 days. Customer service has been extremely disappointing. They refuse to issue a refund until they “hear back from the shipping company,” even though the package is clearly delayed or lost. As a customer, that should not fall on me — if a company chooses to use a poor shipping service, they should still take responsibility for resolving it properly. The responses feel copied and pasted, including lines like “we’re sad your experience has not been glowing,” which honestly felt unprofessional and dismissive considering the situation. At this point I’m out $160 with no product and no resolution. Instead of taking accountability, they continue blaming the shipping company and saying it’s “out of their hands.” Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.
