WE ARE PRETTY ANXIOUS. WE DON’T KNOW HOW WE LANDED ON OUR EX’S SISTERS FIANCE’S MOM’S INSTAGRAM. The average person spends 2 months a year on their phone and anxiety/depression rates are at an all-time high. While our phones aren’t the only factor, data supports our phones deserving a large part of the blame. Don’t you want to feel like you are in control of your life now versus reflecting later on the hours you spent looking down at an endless scroll?
