I always keep a jar of an different brand sofrito in my cupboard for times when I’m in a pinch and cant make my own. Its not the best, but sometimes you just have to make do. I came across this and was very intrigued. I used it as a base in my caldo de pollo and was pleasantly suprised at how good it turned out. The ingredients are clean and it doesnt rely on sodium for flavor. I prefer homemade but will definitely keep a jar of this on hand for those times that I dont have time.

I love the bright packaging and also flavor profiles that Loisa offers. They also give a nice array of recipes on their website for inspiration. On the pricier side.

My family and I really enjoyed this product. It was flavorful and added so much to our dishes. Would recommend.

Love that it has simple clean ingredients, it made my meal taste delicious! So easy to cook with - can add to rice, chicken, beef, etc and it really takes my cooking to the next level.

You definitely need this sauce in your pantry to stock when making some pollo con arroz. I love the zesty tang this flavor packs in.

The seasoning is presented really well and well packaged in a glass container. The seasoning itself if very tasty and flavorful, but a little on the expensive side.

I tried this last night and made pollo guisada. I felt like this product tasted so fresh and seemed like the real deal!

This Loisa salsa was a needed addition for my chicken dish. I love the natural ingredients and awesome fresh taste. I checked out their website and found a few recipes that I can't wait to try.

I added this to Asian/Chinese cooking for an extra kick and the extra kick and pepper flavor turned out really well. The price point was a high, so I would hope to see bulk or periodic discounts.

I love, love, love the Loisa SoFrito sauce!!! I use it to marinade my shrimp and beef for my lettuce and rice bowls and it is PERFECTION. Pretty pricey for $10 a jar, but it is worth it and a little goes a long way.

The aromatic herbs added savory and flavor to the sauce , additionally the grrrn color so attempting. I mixed with tomato dice and diced onion ,and becom3 pasta sauce sofrito On3 time I us3d as salad dressing, it tast3 good too. Try it out!!!

The tasted very unique, taste more like Indian food for me. I thought it was gonna be more lime me or the flavor. I put it on top of chicken and steak, but I thought the flavor was bland.

I really enjoyed trying this sofrito, it was very flavorful and makes a good addition to your meal! I look forward to trying their other varieties.

Taste is awesome, price is high which is why I gave the rating I did. If you love the flavors Loisa is offering and have the means to buy it then do it!

I have recently gotten into cooking more dishes out of my comfort zone and this seemed like a good product to add. I was intimidated by it at first but just started experimenting and adding it into dishes when cooking and the flavors are AMAZING and pair with so much. My husband was in heaven and now asked we keep some of this on hand at all times.

Really yummy - wasn’t sure how to use it, but cooked it with chicken and served it with rice. It was very yummy.

It is authentic, tastes great and is made with natural ingredients. It is high quality. it smells good and goes with everything. It is easy to use and non GMO. There are no artificial flavors or colors and it is vegan.

Clean and classic flavor. To my personal preference it's lack of a little surprised taste bud experience I mean there are the spices flavor but minor note front. Sometimes I add curry and tomato sauce together to inrich the flavor. It may become other styles dishes but I enjoy all ways around.

This was very good. It's super convenient when you don't want to chop up all the separate ingredients. The only downside was the price, at $10 it's just way cheaper to make it from scratch to be honest.
