I tried the sofrito clasico. I ate it alone as a salsa and also added it to some pico de gallo I made. It had a nice spice and taste, but overall was a little bit pricey.

I purchased Loisa Classic Sofrito, as well as Recaito. Both sauces were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The Sofrito had the perfect amount of Latin flavoring and the Recaito had a stronger, bolder flavor. Both sauces were easy to incorporate into my cooking. They made cooking much easier in that I didn't have to figure out which spices to use and add them myself. Loisa Sauces are a one stop shop for making weekday dinners much faster, convenient, and delicious!

I like the authenticity of Loisa. I purchased Classic Sofrito and Vibrant Recaito. I appreciate that these sauces are vegan and I was able to add a protein, some vegetables, and rice or potatoes. So yummy. Unfortunately, they have an issue with their labels. Every single one appeared as if it had been placed on the glass jar and then taken off and put back on in a different spot, so it left a bunch of marks behind. If you zoom in on my picture, you might be able see a bit of what I speak. There’s some sort of residue, but I have no clue what it is. I bought these at Sprouts, but this isn’t the only store I saw this Loisa label issue at.

Love this sauce. I spooned it over a mixture of pasta, vegetables and plant-based ground meat. The taste is so delicious. Love that it's relatively low in Sodium and has 1g sugar. I will definitely be buying this sauce regularly.

I like to cook and I'm always looking for new flavors and savors. So when I saw an offer for Loisa seasoning, I took 2 different type - Sazòn and Adobo. I recommend to use Adobo for marinating chicken and Sazòn for rice. But honestly both of them goes good sith almost all kind of meals: rice, beans, grains, soups, stews, to sprinkle a sandwich or scrambled eggs.

I tried the Sazon and Adobo seasonings and loved them! They made adding Latin flavor to my dishes so easy. I used them in rice, roasted veggies, and chicken, and the flavor was fantastic - bold, with just the right amount of spice. The blends were well-balanced and brought out the best in every dish. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their cooking with authentic, flavorful seasonings!

Overall, I really enjoyed trying this new to me spice. It was great on any protein source, and it was super versatile in my cooking endeavors. It was not too spicy, but a little pricey in my opinion.

The Loisa sauce is thick, rich and flavorful. I used it to make veggie enchiladas. I dipped each tortilla in the sauce, added the filling and then rolled it up. Then I added the Loisa sauce on top. I brought it to a dinner party and everyone loved. They asked me for the recipe and I told them about loisa sauces.

Very good jar of sofritos. It has flavor and substance to it. I want to say it’s one of the better salsas I’ve bought at the store. I ate it with corn chips and thought it was delicious. Legit this salsa is goood.

This is my first time that I had heard there is such thing as sofrito sauce. I was excited to try something new and cooked the sauce with rice and some veggies and it was flavorful. I will buy it occasionally as the price point is a bit too steep for the size of the bottle..

The coloring for Loisa’s sazon comes from actual achiote and that’s what sold me. I ditched the packets I used to use and introduced my family to these. I also love that the jars are glass. I love these better choices for my family with clean ingredients. The popular stuff my family used for decades contains the problematic red dye and msg but who knows what else. When I started being particular about ingredients, I realized what we were accustomed to consuming and quickly made the change. I’m never going back to my old seasoning.

In my Latin kitchen, I enjoy cooking every day for my family. Recently, I made chicken stew for dinner using Loisa's Organic Adobo & Organic Sazon seasonings. This was the first time using these seasonings, and my family could taste the difference! They loved it! I will continue to purchase Loisa's seasoning! The seasoning tastes like authentic Latin seasoning. I used this on everything from chicken to beef and it tastes so good.

I like that this sauce comes in a glass jar and I like its natural composition. But I don't really like cilantro, and it is felt the most. I will try to find a good combination with other products for it. Thanks to the manufacturer for the opportunity to try this product.

I am very happy to have found a seasoning that it’s not full of junk ingredients! Lois’s has the best quality organic ingredients and tastes amazing. This product was easy to find at Sprouts. I used it to make tofu sofritas for burrito bowls. I first chopped the tofu and shredded it so to speak, then I marinated it in the sofritas and sautéed/simmered it. I love the taste of this, I didn’t have to add anything to it at all. It has a amazing flavor and I cannot wait to try some of the other varieties of Loisa

I love this stuff! Clean and simple ingredients compared to the stuff at Walmart. I know I could make my own sofrito but I enjoy the convenience of this product. I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen and making more Puerto Rican food. So delicious!

This was my first time trying sofrito. I had this with salmon, and it was so delicious! 10/10 would buy again. Please never stop making these!

It was easy to find it on the shelf. His color is very bright, which means he is very fresh. I want to try using it to cook vegetable, hoping it will surprise me.
