This sauce is REALLY good! Tastes like we were eating at a restaurant but it was something I made in about 15 minutes. Tossed in some sauted onions & peppers, a bit of chopped tomato and Loisa sofrito. Yummy and easy! New family favorite

This sauce had a good flavor to it, without being overly spicy. The texture wasn’t too chunky either, which I appreciated. I hadn’t heard of this brand before and will look forward to trying other products by them.

It was easy to add the sofrito to a variety of proteins and make it tasty. I tried it with shrimp and chicken, both turned out very good. I would buy it occasionally since it is quite expensive.

I tasted the Loisa Sofrito Classic, and it's delicious. I'll recommend it to family and friends.

i dont know if i had sofrito before but this is delicious! super flavorful. i ate it with steak its so bomb. might use it as marinade next time!

This seems like a super versatile ready-to-use sauce! I like that it was shelf stable for easy storage. I have tried it on an egg scramble, but with the flavoring, I could definitely use for a lot of other simple uses like in a chicken bowl or even just with chips. The classic sofrito has a lot of good flavor but a little green herb heavy for my tastes, but after trying it, I would definitely be open to buying a different flavor that is a little tangier/spicier in a red variety!

I really liked Loisa's Sofrita. I tried the Classic Sofrita. I was going to get Sofrito Rojo, but Thing Testing only listed Classic Sofrito so I didn't know that I could get the Sofrito Rojo one. I really wanted to get the spicier one, since I love spicy foods. The Classic Sofrita was delicious. I used it as a salsa type dip for my tortilla chips and it was still really good. I am not a good cook so I looked up whether I could use it as a salsa and the results showed that indeed I could. I'm sure it would also be a good ingredient for cooking Latin dishes.

This sauce is incredible. A really complex flavor profile and great with ground beef and rice.

The flavor is very good and love that I don’t have to spent time to make my own sofrito.

I always try to go for products with clean ingredients because I am trying be healthy as I can be. I love that Loisa has simple clean ingredients. It is easy to prepare. You can add to almost any meat but chicken, beef, vegetable does go well with it.

The sofrito is fresh and has strong flavor, works great as marinade for chicken and can also be eaten as a sauce or dip for veggies, too!
