Lo & Sons creates high-quality travel bags with a simple design.

Lo & Sons, an Asian-American-owned company founded by Helen Lo (at the age of 65!) and her two sons, Jan and Derek, has been creating premium, thoughtfully designed travel bags for over a decade. In addition to designing smart and stylish products, the company is committed to sustainability, integrity, and having a positive social impact. This takes many forms, including the materials used in products, the vetting of manufacturing partners, and the community initiatives the company supports.

Bags & Luggage

Lo & Sons reviews declare the brand workmanlike and reliable: reviewers praise durable construction and highly functional travel features (Catalina weekender’s shoe compartment, suitcase-sleeve, organized pockets) but often note a lack of structural form and occasional hardware/zippers failures. This makes Lo & Sons a strong buy for buyers who prioritize thoughtful organization and long-lived materials, but a weaker choice for those who need rigid shape or flawless hardware under heavy daily use.
