  • I have to say that my toddler literally wakes up and expects her littlespoon right away! She loves it that much. I love as a parent knowing that she's getting her fruits and veggies in as she's enjoying a "treat". Little does she know it's super healthy. I have tried each one we have gotten and they always taste super delicious to which I think that we need adult ones too! 😆

  • I love all their meals. My kid loves it and always wants more and the ingredients are top notch. I’m def ordering again.

  • I have used Little Spoon for just over a year now. My toddler loves the pouches and meals. He started out with the purees and they were great. My older son is so picky and that is partly my fault but there was also a lack of variety in his baby foods. The purees with Little Spoon aren't what you'd find in stores with Gerber. I've never seen a baby/toddler really eat onions and peppers but he does. I love the variety. Currently my toddler is in a picky phase. It's nice to know that even with the meals he's still getting vegetables to eat. The meals are also really convenient for lunch time. I work from home and only get 30 minutes to eat and get him lunch. I typically get the biggest and tot type meals. They're easy to pop in the air fryer and give him. He also loves the breakfast meals. We will continue to use Little Spoon with our new addition as well. The subscription is very similar to Hello Fresh. You can skip the month and up size or down size your box. I will admit for the blends, the packaging could be more robust. I also think it would be a great program to add that would allow you to return the empty, clean plates to be reused along with the insulation. Anytime I've reached out to customer support they've always been amazing and helpful.

  • My son is in feeding therapy. He is very picky about the foods and textures he will try. He has loved every purée by Little Spoon! Sometimes it’s the only way that I can get a fruit or veggie in him. It’s nice to know I can rely on a quality product to give him some of the nutrients he’s missing from his solid food. Thanks for making a product we can trust! I love how amazing the customer service has been! So quick to resolve any issue with delivery. We love y’all’s products!

  • You know they're shady when they lock you into a subscription without being able to see what is actually available and in stock without the option to cancel. Most places would allow you to build your selections first and then sign up. It's a devious tactic.

  • I adopted my son last August and started immediately with Little Spoon as he had very little prenatal care and I was concerned about vitamin deficiencies. From the purees to plates to smoothies, he is one very happy, healthy little boy. We have had zero issues with his development and I am 100% convinced it is because of the wonderful, nutritious and organic ingredients in the Little Spoon meals. The one issue we had was immediately fixed and we couldn't be happier! Thank you Little Spoon

  • My son hates the food. they also won’t let you cancel the next coming order. When I expressed to them that my son doesn’t like the food, they will send it even sooner! So you can’t cancel it. No address to return. Some of the food became bad when arrived. When addressed they try to deny it. My experience was bad. I do not suggest others to buy their food.

  • They have very aggressive sales tactics. They only have two dairy free bitable dishes. And they refused to refund all my money, even though my baby can’t eat their food! They tried to push me into the more processed fried toddler food. Charged me a $2 processing fee! Beware, they are very aggressive and want your money. (Note I did buy their purées before. They were too smooth and basic in this baby led weaning time)

  • Due to a misleading and confusing website, an order that I attempted to delay was delivered anyway while we are out of town and sat on our porch in the summer heat causing all food to go bad. When I contacted customer service, their only response is to give me a $15 credit on my next order. It feels as though you are dealing with a robot and aren’t understanding the issue at hand. Just generated and generic responses. The more and more we emailed back and forth, it seemed like fraudulent business practices and that they were being unfair and misleading to their customer base. Claiming they could monitor all of my activity on the website but aren’t understanding that the order was already delivered and went bad. Sounds like many people here have had similar issues. I would not recommend this product. They unfortunately seem to rather lose customers instead of rectifying isolated situations with a 1 time refund.

  • A huge time savings on those busy days. Juggling a hybrid work schedule some times has me at a loss for a quick meal for kids. Little Spoon to the rescue. High quality ingredients.

  • Little Spoon not only saves me time every time I receive a delivery, but also delights me with how consistently delicious and high quality their plates are. My family and I all consume the food, not just our son, but he goes nuts for the Banza mac and cheese and gnocchi dishes! My fave is the pesto tortellini- YUM. Even in the extreme Texas heat, my deliveries always arrive ice cold and ready to eat. Oh- and the subscription management is great. They send you a reminder email before every delivery and you can easily skip or update your order preferences several days ahead of time. Easy peasy. Thank you LS for the deliciousness!!!

  • We LOVE Little Spoon. Started with the purees about a year ago for our 20-month old and have made the shift to the pouches and plates which she really loves. Healthy + organic food for our girl was our #1 priority and there isn't a better alternative out there for ready-made meals. There have been a couple small issues with shipping over the past year, but that is status-quo with any D2C fresh food business and the customer service has been super reasonable and responsive in remediating those.

  • I can’t believe this company is in business. There’s a reason there’s no option to review directly on site. I purchased the biteables subscription with a variety of meals. Every meal is disgusting. Weird powdery beans, dry meat. Please also note how basic the components are. I wanted to try a meal service to help me on busy days but trust me you can open can of beans or corn and pour some out just as fast and much fresher/safer . Meal after meal we tried and were shocked at how gross the food was. I threw them away. Finally I took a picture of one to send in. Customer service non existent. They said they “agree it’s a quality issue.” But will only refund the one I thought to take a picture of. Huge red flag a company responsible for children’s food is so cavalier about sending out poor quality. I regret ever trying to feed my child any of this. I don’t trust it at all.

  • I ordered little spoon for my daughter and was relying on the food for her meals for the next week and my order arrived spoiled— The dry ice was melted and the baby food was warm. Customer service is non-existent unless you email.. and that took 2 days for a response. They were only going to credit my account for another shipment or a refund which would take 7 days. I felt like it was such an inconvenience for me and such a bad look for the company to ship out spoiled food that they should have gone out of their way to make it right. Maybe refund my order and send out a replacement order for free to make up for the bad experience?

  • So I've tried the smoothie pouches and the plates for my 7yo. He likes some of the flavors, not all, but we've figured out what his favorites are and stick with those. We do a pouch on the way to school or for a snack and the plates we do on weeknights when we don't have time to cook. It's all really convenient and feels healthy, I just with there was more variety of what my kid liked.

Ordering/canceling/changing meal plan is kind of tricky on the website

  • Delivery great. Quality of food great. Customer service is horrible. You have to micromanage your account. The option to cancel is nestled under “pause”. There’s no way to flat out cancel and remove your cc information. I chose to pause my account, received no confirmation email and the company reactivated my account and charged me without permission. When I went to ask for a refund, they stated that it was after Saturday and that canceling was “tricky”. At this point, I have no proof of the cancellation, but I canceled again that same day and received no email, once more. I honestly feel set up. I was a huge fan until this.
