Delivery great. Quality of food great. Customer service is horrible. You have to micromanage your account. The option to cancel is nestled under “pause”. There’s no way to flat out cancel and remove your cc information. I chose to pause my account, received no confirmation email and the company reactivated my account and charged me without permission. When I went to ask for a refund, they stated that it was after Saturday and that canceling was “tricky”. At this point, I have no proof of the cancellation, but I canceled again that same day and received no email, once more. I honestly feel set up. I was a huge fan until this.

Feedback

Allow customers to erase their personal information when cancelling and send proof of change to your account. This could have all been prevented.
