Delicious! Fun way to get hydrated; doesn't taste as sweet as other drink mixes.

I love Liquid I.V.! Flavors are amazing and there's no chalkiness to it either.

Delicious electrolyte powder that I use mainly for helping with dehydration (especially while traveling and after drinking lol). I am a runner, and sometime I use this for sports hydration, but it isn't my favorite as I think the flavor can be a little too strong and its pretty sugary. For extra hydration though, Liquid IV is a great product and easy to find at any store!

About the same as any electrolyte drink. Tasted a bit salty, but nothing special. Actually felt a little thirstier after drinking it.

pretty good post hangover but it is super sweet, which can be offputting

so many other electrolyte drinks and powders without the added sugar, and that taste so much better! have tried many of the flavors and have honestly never liked any of them

It's on par with any other electrolyte drink mix on the market such as Prime Hydration and Pedialyte, with a slightly better taste. I don't notice an increase in hydration between brands, but I like how easy it mixes into water! Being able to pour it in a water bottle and not have clumps is great and really convenient

My children are competitive athletes and this product is a game changer. Much more effective than Gatorade. Easy to carry in any bag, just add water. The variety in flavors is beyond ideal. It’s perfect hydration.

It's hard to say if it's work. But taste was good. To much sweet so I put more water.

At the end of the day, especially as I've gotten older, if I really am spending a night heavily drinking, I will be hungover the next morning. There's no amount of food I can eat or water I could drink to save me. However, when I drink 1 or multiple packets of Liquid I.V. before and after drinking, there is a noticeable difference in how I feel. It DOES work!

I use liquid iv sugar free daily in my water bottle for extra hydration. It’s a wonderful product and also very useful when traveling. I use it on planes to keep from getting dehydrated and lessen jet lag.

Liquid I.V. is extremely refreshing and the first thing I crave when I wake up hungover.

too salty, not my go to

Let’s just say if you plan on having a day or night of multiple drinks, Liquid IV needs to be your BFF. The very first time I had liquid IV was the day of my wedding,unfortunately I was extremely hungover and didn’t think I was gonna make it down the aisle. A friend brought me some and shortly after two bottles worth,I was a whole new person! They are good just to have on hand for some Extra hydration as well!

Really good and really tasty, but they also have a lot of sodium. I understand that when one sweats excessively that there is a loss of salts and electrolytes, and these drink mixes replenish those losses most effectively, but my problem is that I have heart failure and must limit salt. Other than that, these mixes come in several delicious flavors and they do hydrate one well. A great feature is that the tube of mix can be thrown into a gym bag or purse easily, so no taking up a lot of room or carrying a heavy bottle around. How convenient!

This has helped me recover so many times when I was dehydrated. There is tons of flavor!

These are great! My husband used these to stay hydrated while working in construction in the Las Vegas summer heat! The packaging is convenient for being on the go. The flavor is similar to to a sports drink given the electrolytes.

Adding it to my water every morning makes sure I get the best amount of hydration throughout the day! The flavors are super good and it's not too sweet compared to other companies.

I’ve been using LiquidIV since they launched a few years ago. I’ve always enjoyed the original lemon lime flavor - it does a great job making me feel hydrated when I can’t get enough water in or after exercise. The sodium content is high (yes, that’s where all the electrolytes are from) and so is the sugar. So I try to limit to no more than one pack a day. I find if you buy them in bulk on Amazon or at Costco, they are a much better price

Decent hangover treatment. Does seem to make the morning after a night of overindulgence more bearable. Better than just water.
