Out of all the electrolyte powders I’ve tried, this one’s the most effective - it actually works! Plus they taste so much better than other brands. (Also helps with reducing hangovers! Not really an instant hangover cure, it’s been labeled as such in my group of friends and after we drink responsibly, we make sure to take one of these to cap off the night LOL.) Favorite flavor used to be the Strawberry but now it’s the Tangerine (with immune support). I always make sure I have these in stock at home.

These are great to keep in your car for on the go electrolytes.

I personally am not a fan of the taste of LiquidIV. I am a cyclist and drink Skratch almost every day (a similar product) and much prefer its taste. I think Liquid IV tastes almost medicinal.

The taste is great but after reading a bit more into the ingredients I decided to pass and go with healthier alternatives.

I mostly use this during and after working out and it’s fun to have a fun flavored beverage with added electrolytes, but honestly the cost wasn’t worth it to me and it has a ton of sugar

Saving grace after a night out! I love Liquid I.V for those moments where I need a boost of hydration. It is a little pricey, but the product is worth it.

Has gluten in it!!! It’s labeled gluten free but I’ve had reactions to so many of them :(

Solid hangover aid! I put these in my bachelorette party favors to avoid hangovers and they did just that. Delicious flavors and easy packaging.

Genuinely think this works for hangovers if you time it properly, drinking it the night of vs. the morning after.

Liquid IV is a bit pricey unless bought in bulk, but I've noticed a tangible improvement when using the product.

Most of the flavors I tried tasted artificial and too sugary- especially the strawberry one. I would prefer to just drink water instead.

It's a compact solution that gives me the boost I need especially when I'm out on hikes or have done some strenuous activity and I need to replenish with some electrolytes. I find that the little packets are really handy to carry around in my backpack so I can make my drink really quickly in my water bottle if need be.

It's fine, but the flavors are way too potent and sweet.

I would say it’s fine. A solid 4/5. Lemon lime flavor is not it for me, but the other ones are good! Personally, this product isn’t a daily need but if you’re doing some sort of endurance exercise or recovering from a hangover 😵 lol, then these are nice to have on hand.

This product claims to be Gluten Free but has been found to contain gluten. This is unsafe and calls the quality control of this product/company into question. Likewise, their response to this issue was subpar.
