Coincidentally, today is my two year wedding anniversary… and also my two year anniversary with Liquid IV. What we started out calling “Snake Oil” has turned into so much more. Not only did Liquid IV get us through those first few days of record levels drinking and celebrating, it became a regular household item to prevent feeling “crispy.’ Most recently, I also took Liquid IV with me on a two week trip with my 74-year old mom. It was going to be extremely hot, and with long days ahead I was really flipped out about her getting dehydrated, and all of the other health conditions that might set off. We had one together each night, and it’s now a few months later, and she still has kept up the ritual… it turns out the electrolytes have helped get her chronic, nightmare-status leg cramps under control. Who knew?! And on the technical side, I always use cold water to mix, and I’ve tried Lemon Lime, Golden Cherry, Açaí, and Concord Grape. We’re currently a Watermelon family. And yes, everyone still does call it Snake Oil, but now with love.

Unfortunately the taste is something I just can’t get past. I bought these for a trip to aide in hydration after drinking, it made me more nauseous then I was in the first place. Granted my sister in law doesn’t mind the flavor as much and drinks them before going out and she says it helps with her hangover.

Great for people who want to stay hydrated but don’t like the taste of water. I love the strawberry flavor. Unlike other brands of powdered drinks, it provides nutrients and electrolytes, but on the down side it is not shelf stable once added to water and will spoil more quickly. But I suppose that’s all the more motivation to finish the drink to stay hydrated!

This stuff is awesome! I discovered this after returning from India with a bout of food poisoning from some questionable street food. This was a lifesaver for recovery without needing to go and get an Actual IV to rehydrate and maintain fluids. After that, I kept them on hand to travel, when ill, before having a few drinks, while nursing and struggling to maintain supply and keep myself hydrated. If you struggle with fluid intake this is way better than your kids electrolyte drink.

Really helpful when you dehydrated/hangover .

The Lemon Lime flavor is awful. I haven't tried the others yet.

This could totally be a placebo but I feel like liquid IV has saved my life from hangovers

Sick. Overly weirdly sweet and kind of, dare I say it… milky? I got these when I was pregnant bc they were recommended to me by my nutritionist as a way to increase hydration. Super expensive, could barely choke them down.

These are good but most of what makes them good is the amount of sugar in them. The fruit flavor is also artificial tasting to me. There are better and more hydrating options on the market

I like the strawberry flavor most because it reminds me of lychee or something similar. I definitely feel hydrated after drinking this, however, I don't purchase them often because I feel that it works about the same as other electrolyte drinks.

I suffer from multiple chronic health issues and im prone to severe dehydration and these are definently a game changer!!!!

You get used to the taste after a few packets. I consider it to be fairly expensive, but do think the Yuzu Pineapple Energy Multiplier is worth it.

I love their flavors and the efficacy of this product to feel better and hydrated when sick or traveling! When I’ve shared with friends, not everyone may like the flavor/sweetness. But the hav sugar free liquid IV as an option.

Tried this from Costco and they must say it definitely gave me the pick me up that I needed.

This stuff is good and really does boost the hydration in your body. I have had the lemon. I liked it and it was the boost I needed on a hot concert afternoon. I got my sample from Bonnoroo😎

If you enjoy a saltier flavor … these are amazing. I’m not big on salt, but when I mix it in my water bottle, I will chill it in the freezer for about 20 minutes - hits the spot! Liquid IV is my go to when it’s hot outside, if I have been physically active, if I know I am dehydrate, or even when I have a headache - these things make a difference! Many different flavors. Pineapple is my favorite so far!

Very good beverage. The hydration is great!

Besides having a lot of sugar, the product is good for getting hydrated after a workout or long hot days. I used it after having a headache all day from being dehydrated and this got rid of my headaches right away. Apparently just drinking water wasn’t cutting it for me that day.

I was having trouble with leg cramps after being out doing yard work, no matter how much water I drank. So I had seen that Amazon had it as part of their Prime member days and decided to buy it and give it a try! I bought the strawberry flavored one and it tastes phenomenal! I’m addicted to it when I’m outside sweating in the SC heat and humidity! The leg cramps stopped and I always have a box on hand!

I absolutely love this brand. I’ve been using liquid IV for my postpartum period and during pregnancy to help with hydration. It has tremendously helped my breast-feeding journey by making sure that I am continuing to hydrate my body.
