Le Puzz creates quality, hand-drawn, random-cut jigsaw puzzles of 500 and 1000 pieces.   

Hey there! Welcome to the world of Le Puzz. We love jigsaw puzzles! We collect them, we do them with friends and family, we give them away and trade them when we’re finished. We especially love collecting vintage puzzles from the 60s, 70s and 80s with an odd sense of humor. We love old puzzle box illustrations, silly copy, weird jigsaw shapes and of course interesting images.  There really isn't anything like that feeling of finishing a puzzle and running you hand over it, then trying to pick it up off the table in one piece. We started Le Puzz with all of this in mind and set out to create a puzzle experience that we thought was fun and we hope you enjoy as well. Join us as we get lost, zone out, look for edge pieces, make a snack, laugh, focus and hopefully find our inner piece.

What are Random Cut Puzzles?
Most puzzles are either ribbon cut or random cut. A ribbon cut puzzle is cut in a fairly even grid with a few different piece shapes. Random cut puzzles look like a tangle of vines with pieces darting off in all directions. We enjoy a challenge and we wanted to make sure that each of our puzzle pieces were truly unique shapes. In order to do this we painstakingly hand drew each puzzle dieline for our 500 and 1000 piece puzzles. Each dieline goes through a series of quality control measures to ensure that the pieces fit snugly and nothing is loose.

500 Piece Extra Thick Pieces
There is nothing more frustrating than a thin, flimsy puzzle that won't stay together while you’re working on it. Together with our manufacturer, we developed an extra thick 500 piece puzzle which is reminiscent of some of our favorite vintage puzzle finds. The pieces fit snug and (although we can't guarantee it) with a little skill and a little luck we hope that you will be able to pick up the puzzle in one piece once completed, making it easy to transport or flip over and frame. We hope to bring this level of thickness to our 1000 piece puzzles one day.

Earth Friendly Materials
Another thing we love about puzzles is that they are a mostly paper product. We try to limit the amount of plastic that we use in both the production and distribution of each puzzle. We use FSA approved paper sources for our puzzles which means all of the paper we use comes from sustainable forests. We have also provided a resealable bag that can be used again and again. 

Giving Back
For every puzzle that we sell LePuzz will donate $1 to the Boys and Girls Club of America - although we may choose different organizations over time.

Who Are We?
We’re Alistair Matthews and Michael Hunter, just two silly friends trying to make something fun. Alistiar likes to collect tiny objects, has a cat named Scotty and takes beautiful photos. Michael is a dad that likes dad jokes, writes copy and sometimes paints paintings. Together we love puzzles and thought it would be fun to try and make our own incorporating a bunch of things we love the most about jigsaw puzzles.

Meet the perfect big big bag! Here is a list of items it can fit: 6 puzzles (we figure you’ll be carrying no less at all times), 2 big beach towels + XL snacks and a big water bottle, all of your favorite fresh veggies from the farmers market, 1 (possibly 2) small dogs, and a case of La Croix.

The puzzle box came wrapped in plastic and surrounded by paper shreddings. I personally don't need those! I would also look forward to new designs. 

I am not really a puzzle person but I liked the brand and aesthetic of Le Puzz, it's fun and whimsical. The box is nice and sturdy and they thought out all the elements of the design,  including the inside of the box and the back of the box has additional games. It also comes with a small poster that shows the overall design. All the pieces came in a yellow bag to keep them organized which is nice because sometimes they go everywhere. The pieces themselves are super thick and funky shapes. 

Le Puzz has a distinctive brand look and tone that I enjoyed out of the box. The pieces are solidly made and clever in their shapes. After working on one, I'm excited to gift another this holiday season as the subjects feel fresh compared to the typical puzzle fare.

Even if it's recyclable, I didn't need all the extra packaging material in the box with the puzzle.  It's not fragile, so it was unnecessary.  Also maybe add a photo of the completed puzzle to the website to show scale?

I am OBSESSED with my Le Puzz puzzle.  Like many people, I have gotten into puzzles during the pandemic.  I started this puzzle one night and almost stayed up all night to finish it.  I like that the pieces are random cut (I honestly didn't think that would make a difference, but it does!) and they're good quality pieces.  I also like that they come in a resealable bag, so you're not just dealing with loose puzzle pieces in a box.  Not sure if this would be a plus or minus for people, but the 1000 piece puzzle is fairly large.  I had a hard time finding a big enough surface in my home to do the puzzle on.  Lastly, the price is really great when you compare what you get with the other newer puzzle brands out there.  I will definitely buy more of these puzzles!

I really don't have anything bad to say about the product. It fits my exact taste of photography and branding, so it's been my favorite puzzle to purchase so far!

I absolutely loved my experience with Le Puzz! The packaging and branding is beautiful, which makes it perfect for gift-giving and putting on display at home, and the actual puzzle was amazing too. The puzzle pieces are double-sided (with the "bottom" being pink) and the sealable bag to hold the pieces means you'll hopefully never make a mess in the box itself. I loved the poster of the photograph included and had a really enjoyable time slowly doing the puzzle over the course of the week. 

Le Puzz Puzzles have an exceptional is phenomenal. Perfectly fun wacky-shaped pieces with practically zero dust. Their box is by far the most creative and fun puzzle box and includes a resealable yellow bag for the pieces. In my opinion, Le Puzz makes excellent quality puzzles. I have completed several and while I love them all I do prefer their 500-piece puzzles. They are not as challenging as the 1000-piece.  It's a brand I recommend everyone try once.

Lot of packaging that felt unnecessary - the box came in another box filled with paper shreds and the puzzle box was shrink wrapped in plastic. Then when you open the box, all the puzzle pieces are in another plastic bag. Wish they were more thoughtful here. 

Le Puz has some really fun puzzle images! The box has lots of fun cereal box type games on all the sides and the puzzle pieces have pretty back colors. The quality is great and the shapes are fun. 

More designs, more sizes, and more accessories.

I found Le Puzz puzzles at a local home goods store after having seen it all over Instagram, so I knew I had to buy one. I love the design of the box, the packaging, and the puzzle itself. I really appreciate that they put the pieces in a re-sealable bag. I also love that the backs of every piece are a bright, flat color, instead of the cardboard brown you usually get, which can make it hard to quickly decipher whether a piece is upside down or not.

Le Puzz puzzles are so much fun! From the detailed unique art, to the highly detailed and quality packaging Le Puzz doesn’t miss anything! The puzzle pieces are random cut (which are quirky, wonky shaped pieces) and so much fun to piece together. I love that the pieces come in reusable/resealable bags and a large puzzle poster is included. I own many Le Puzz puzzles and you can’t go wrong from the mini puzzles to the 500 or 1000 piece puzzles. :)

Le puzz puzzles are so thoughtful from the fun graphic design on their box down to the last piece. The back of every box has puzzles you can do with a dry erase marker, le puzz switched is puzzle - get it? Lol, the pieces are random cut shapes which makes doing the puzzle so fun and in a way easier!!, the pieces are also so sturdy and snap together so well. I love how fun the images are for their puzzles and how every detail is thought through. These are the best puzzles!! 

Cannot think of a thing, other than producing more puzzles faster, but you can't rush these beauties. 

I've adored every single Le Puzz puzzle we've worked. We have a giant pile we're working through presently and we're torn between getting through them as fast as we can or savoring them. Or just working them fast then working them again. 
But look, these puzzles are tops. Thick pieces. No puzzle dust. Comes with a fold out post of the image. No puzzle dust. Entertaining copy on and around the box—they funny yall. No puzzle dust. Lovely images that we don't tire looking at. Comes with a resealable bag too. Just thoughtful touches like that. They even have a service where if you lose a piece they'll try to replace the thing. WHAT? Amazing.

No feedback, but I look forward to purchasing a full sized puzzle. 

These are super cute puzzles with interesting designs. I got this to use as a stocking stuffer for Christmas, and it’s perfect for my mom who LOVES puzzles. 

This was a fun little piece! It's nice and small so I could do it in less than 20 minutes with a few distractions. ;)  I like the fact that it was round which was unique and the designs are super fun. 

I own one of the Le Puzz Petite puzzles. 81 pieces.

Absolutely beautiful box design and packaging. My eyes were pleased. I loved how each piece was unique. It was fun to put together. At the end of the day, a puzzle is a puzzle. Le Puzz is for the puzzle lover who wants a quality puzzle experience with modern fresh art.

I had a little trouble getting the box open because it was so smooth (lol) but I eventually got it. 

Le Puzz! I got two of the mini puzzles through a Thingdrop. There are a bunch of unique graphics and each puzzle comes with a reference photo. On each box there is a small piece of writing about the puzzle's image and a line drawing inside (like a sweet surprise!). 

I liked that my puzzle was a circle when I finished. I'm not sure if they are all that way but it was a nice way to mix up the usual rectangle shape. 

No notes! Just an all-around well made puzzle. 

We love a good puzzle and the mini puzzle was a cute and quick challenge. The image is fun, the little poem on the back of the box was cute. The whole experience definitely whet our appetite for my puzzles from Le Puzz. 

I love puzzles and these were no exception.  I wish I would have purchased more, I got one of the mini puzzles and the quality was great and the designs were fun. I think it would make for a great gift.

One thing I've never understood about puzzles is what you do with it when you're done. You do it again, at a later date? I'm not sure, but I like the Petite Puzz bc I could actually see doing it again, and if not, the design is artful enough that it'd almost be fun to glue together and hang up on the wall <3

Got a Petite Puzz on Thingtesting and it was so fun! I gifted it to my 12-yo for Christmas and it was perfect. She's like Gen-Z/Gen Alpha cuspy so I think the design really appealed to her, and it was a fun activity to do together.

I’ve had so much fun getting into puzzles again with Le Puzz! The designs are so fun, and even the boxes have cute, funny little details on them that go with each design. It’s a really thoughtfully designed product! 

I bought the mini puzzles through Thingdrop and enjoyed them so much that my partner and I immediately bought more full size puzzles when we finished :)

This was honestly one of the most satisfying and fun puzzles I’ve ever done. I’ve splurged on the mini things puzzle, the breakfast puzzle and the matchbox puzzle and they are so relaxing and cheerful - particularly because of the funky shapes they’re cut into…plus you can frame the puzzle guide poster and turn it into a cute little work of art on your wall! 

I had so much fun doing my Le Puzz Puzzle! The pieces are truly special and makes the experience more exciting and rewarding. This 500 piece took me and a few family members about 2 dedicated hours.
