I really enjoy the weight of their scents - the brand aesthetic is so effective

My first Le Labo experience was when I stayed at an EDITION hotel, which has the signature scent of Le Labo's Noir 29. Love, love, love it - the scent is rich and multi-dimensional, very aromatic. Looking forward to get another bottle of it soon.

Santal 33 is the most amazing scent, I love it as a candle. You can not go wrong with Le Labo perfumes. Very high quality and the scent wears very well.

Loved the store experience, the people working there were really helpful in putting together a scent that I liked. I also love their packaging design and ability to personalize. Very cool!

Definitely a splurge, but the scents are perfect. Its one of the only perfumes I've ever finished the bottle of. The candles really have big impact, especially in smaller NY spaces!

I’m deeply disappointed. I used to love this perfume — its performance and projection from 2018–2023 were outstanding. But the new bottles are completely different: weak, watery, and barely detectable. I tested three bottles (Qatar Duty Free, replacement, and one from London – batch C15). All performed the same — poor projection, no longevity. Le Labo clearly changed the formula or compromised quality. At $280, it’s not worth even $20 now. Avoid until they bring back the original formula.

Good afternoon, I received a Le Labo perfume (Santal 33) from my work team, which was love at first sight, but I had an allergic reaction which made my whole body itch, this happened 3 times in a row, which I did the test and realized it was from the perfume, I never imagined I would have an allergy because I have (Another 13 and the Matcha 26,,Gaiac 10,and the noit 29)and I never had a problem, I sent an email explaining the situation if they could send me another fragrance and or return the Santal 33 which is new in the box, they didn't even answer me once if I wanted I could even take it to the court, I found it disrespectful to the customer, I could just answer even if I couldn't exchange it give an answer

Great perfume!! Very unique scent, and i get compliments every time I wear it.. its not overpowering just a good Santal scent.. I will always have this one on repeat..

I have worn the Le Labo fragrances for over 15 years and I must admit that I am deeply disappointed with the quality in recent years. Performance wise, the new formulations are much tuned down. The original formula used to be very long lasting. For example Santal 33 would last over 24 hours and I almost had a compliment every time I wore it. A lot of friends and family went out and bought it. The new formulation makes itself noticeable in the first few minutes and doesn’t even last an hour ! When I complained to customer services, I was told that maybe I have gotten used to the fragrance and so perhaps have a break - naively I bought a different fragrance - this time Fleur D’Orange and it behaved the same ! I was encouraged to try ‘Another 13’ as it’s a molecular scent and is to be used directly on the skin - however, the scent in this case also only lasted an hour if that. Interestingly, the sample I got in store lasted a lot longer. Le Labo is definitely not the brand it started out as. I feel let down and disappointed. The company has confirmed that the formulations have not been changed. Perhaps the company is now not using the same premium raw materials it used to.

love their perfumes. very beautiful smells that last all day. the orange is subtle but sweet. I always get complements when I wear this scent. it’s not too strong like other perfumes so it’s not very over powering

While working on a cruise ship, I got to try Le Labo products, and they quickly became my favorites. We had Santal 33 in the cabins, and it made such a difference in my long shifts at sea. The scent—warm, woody, and subtly spicy—created this sense of calm and luxury, even in the middle of a busy day. It lingered for hours, so I’d catch hints of it during my shift, and it instantly made me feel refreshed. Now, every time I smell it, I’m taken back to those serene ocean views. Le Labo has definitely become a part of my daily routine!

I Love lys 41! It’s a very rich white floral fragrance. Gives off angelic whimsical vibes! Beautiful and lasts all day!

I went to their store in Shibuya Tokyo, and was surprised by how small the store is. But they have unique scents for certain cities, which is always why it's worth visiting their store when traveling. Their Tokyo scent, Gaiac 10 is incredible and subtle.

I have a complaint. First, I went into the store to purchase a small bottle of Santal 33, it smells wonderful and lasted the entire day. So, I decided to order the next size of it, however, when it came, I sprayed it on, and it smell diluted, and the smell did not last even 30 minutes. I decided to ride to the store and return it, well the representative handed me another watered-down bottle. Seems mixed was a bad batch; but still sold it anyways). I am so disappointed I spent almost $300.00 on a knockoff. This is not what I order, your establishment should do better business than this.

I wear the noir 29 and love it. Santal 33 is another favorite. What I love is that these fragrances are very unique. I also love that samples are reasonably priced so you are not stuck with a fragrance you dislike. The scent lasts a long time on me, which makes it a great value.

The Noir 29. That is all. The first time i smelled it on a friend i knew i had to have it. Run, don't walk! Or don't, because I'd love to keep this a low key scent!

I love so many perfumes from the. My favourite has to be Tonka and Santal an ROse and Another 13, the list will never stop... I alwatys get asked about the fragrance I am wearing. The longivity is realllly long and stays forver on you. 100000% worth the money

Santal 33 was my first grown-up, fresh-out-of-college fragrance, and it was definitely a scent that would stop people in their tracks to ask me about. Switched over to Thé Noir 29 at a certain point, but living in LA, the ubiquity of these scents has turned me off of wearing them. Unfortunate because I still adore those scents. 🥲 These days I'm more into Le Labo's candles. Plus, they make perfect housewarming gifts with the personalized labels.
