Its formula includes 0.05% micro-exfoliating LHA, and it's also paraben-free. The gel cleanser was developed with dermatologists to address concerns of clogged pores and oily skin. It may be an ideal choice for smooth skin texture.

Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser

This salicylic acid and LHA blend medicated gel cleanser is fantastic. It feels minty cool fresh on the skin  and I believe it’s pretty gentle for the active ingredients it has I use it on my back and on my face.
