Koala Eco earns largely positive reviews as a plant-based cleaning and personal care brand that works, delivering effective cleaning and lush essential-oil scents, though some users find the hand soap thin and a few report faint or unpleasant fragrances and sub-par cleaning. Reviews also praise sensitive-skin friendliness and recycled packaging, while noting limited product range and availability as drawbacks.

I bought 2 of the refill bottles and I am absolutely obsessed. I love the smell so much! I love that it's non-toxic and with the subscription it's pretty affordable compared to other non-toxic brands.
