    I have a blender from Kitchenaid and it has been for several years working. I have been satisfied with making smoothies with it. Good settings for pulse, blending and chopping. Easy to clean. It is a glass portion

    I've never had another stand mixer so I can't really compare, but I am pretty sure this is the only kind you're supposed to get. I picked a mint color in 2016 and still really like the color! This mixer is a necessity for more involved baking activities!

    I have two Kitchen Aid mixers. the first is very old and great but the second has barely been used, only 10 or 11 times so has barely run for less than 2 hours in total. After only 5 or 6 uses a part sheared off from above where you put the hooks. i did not want it repaired then but was forced to. After only another 5 or 6 uses the top part has started wobbling and making a noise. Again I am being forced to have it repaired but i do not want it repaired. i have no faith in the product at all and because i rarely use it I am very afraid when i will see the next problem. I have sought some consumer advice and been assured that i do not have to accept a repair because the product is NOT robust as it should be. If this was a morphy richards cheap mixer you would expect a greater level of robustness, but this is supposed to be a premium, quality, strongly built product that should last a lifetime. i feel like i am being harrased to have the repair. If i were offered to buy this machine for just £10, i would not. i would not buy a machine with such a poor history. picture of the first fault and video of the second attached

    You are always attracted to the brand name of KitchenAid so it is not surprise that I was attracted to it. It is a lovely color and looks nice in your home. I have known people who have machines that have lasted for a very long time. I had one machine before where the ligament holding the top in place popped out and could not be put back in. This one will no longer scrape the bottom or spin very fast. Thus, I'm not 100% on board.
