Kinn Reviews

Kinn draws polarized reviews: while a few praise elegant designs, luxe packaging, and responsive service, most report poor build quality—rings warping, stones falling out, flimsy hollow bands, sharp edges—and bracelets, clasps, and chains breaking quickly. The brand is not consistently durable, though customer support sometimes repairs or refunds; prospective buyers valuing longevity should scrutinize construction and settings before committing.

  • Do not buy this bracelet. After just one wear, two links broke while I was simply removing it and adjusting the clasp, barely any force was involved. The build quality is genuinely alarming. To make matters worse, the bracelet does not resemble the photos listed; the product I received appears to have a manufacturing defect. I’m giving one star to warn other shoppers: this is not worth your money.

  • I really hate leaving bad reviews especially for women founded businesses but have to say I agree with a lot of the other customers. The quality is pretty low for the prices you are paying. I bought a locket necklace, bracelet, and herringbone chain. For having paid 500-600 dollars a piece, I was pretty disappointed when I received the items. They felt super flimsy, lightweight, and cheap. The locket necklace broke and the other pieces I haven't worn enough to really test out. Note to the brand, I would recommend either upping supplier quality or lowering your prices.

  • I bought my wedding band from Kinn (or, rather, I sent my husband the link to Kinn to buy my wedding band) after I'd been Instagram targeted by them. I LOVE the look of the ring, and it does fit nicely, but after wearing the ring regularly for a few months, I developed a rash. The underside of the ring is hollow (see photo), and I think soap scum was getting stuck underneath and irritating my skin. It also collects a lot of crud in there. I'm going to find a way to fill it in. Tips? EDIT: I finally reached out to Kinn about this and they replaced my ring with a newer version that doesn't have the hollow underside. No more rash!

    Fill in that underside.

  • My partner and I were super excited to get our wedding bands from Kinn, only for them to completely warp, scratch and bend with little wear in less than 5 months. I reached out to replace the ring entirely, but was told, of course, that I was beyond the return window but they would be happy to repair the ring. Don't know about you, but after spending $2000+ on two simple rings who's quality absolutely sh*t the bed I didn't want it repaired, I wanted my money back. They claim to make jewelry to be 'worn for generations' but our rings didn't last a year. Also, they don't have an area for customers to leave reviews on individual product pages. Curious! TLDR: shotty quality, would not recommend
