I wanted to love this product but really disliked the chai flavour. It's more chalky and artifically sweet then chai. To be fair, I did not try the other flavours and perhaps some are better than others. At $4.71 per serving, it’s quite expensive for something that doesn’t taste good. I do appreciate that the vitamins and minerals are not excessively over the daily recommended amounts, so I’m not concerned about toxicity or adverse effects. I also value that Ka’Chava follows Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and has third-party testing. However, I would like more transparency about which third-party labs are used and details on ingredient amounts.

Discovering Kachava was one of the best discoveries in my life honestly. Being a stay at home mom to a little munchkin, I am always rushing with feeding everyone(family of 6, which includes 4 boys!) and sometimes forget about my breakfast. Most times I am very good at having my breakfast but I feel like I dont have the right nutrition as early mornings is always a go go for me. I've tried various other shakes before and always couldn't stand the chalky taste to it. Decided to start with chocolate flavor and absolutely fell in love with it! Quickly after that decided to try other flavors. So many delicious and nutritious flavors to pick from! I then got creative, I would add organic peanut butter to it. Chocolate and peanut butter let me tell you, it takes like reeses pieces! A tiny spoon of decaf coffee to chocolate flavor and you have a delicious mocha, add ice with milk and delicious cold shake or just milk and it's smooth and creamy and easy to sip. It's not only nutritious and helps me have a healthier gut but also filling and holds me over for 2 hours until I get to my brunch. I feel more alive and awake. I love that it's not heavy on sugar and no caffeine added. Most days I stay away from coffee so this is ideal for me. I love all the plants, vitamins, probiotics, no artificial flavors or sweeteners, no gluten, no dairy, non gmo, no preservatives, no stevia. Love that it has chia, flax seed and many other omegas, vegetable blend, mineral blend, No more bloating look and hello slimmer me! No this is not a sales ad, just a woman who loves this shake! If i was to recommend any flavor I would say start with chocolate flavor!

DONT BUY IT! Like others I wanted to like this product for the natural ingredients. The vanilla has a HORRIBLE after taste and the matcha tastes lime perfume smells- if that makes sense. AND the guarantee gives you exchange - REALLY!??!
If it wasn't so expensive, I'd give it 5 stars. I love the chocolate and the vanilla very much. extremely versatile, and i like that it's not a soy protein or a pea protein. 25g of protein for a serving is pretty good in my opinion, and it's been my go-to when i can afford it for the month!

I've been using this fairly regularly for about 3 months now. Noticeable positives - it's the only thing I changed diet wise, and my vitamin profile from a blood test has improved! It has a legit amount of fiber and I do feel full after having a shake for at least a few hours. It doesn't mess up my GI system like many other popular protein/health meal shakes have! No 'miracle changes' like some ads may have you believe, but overall one of the best-tasting meal replacement shakes with no junk in it. Also has the highest variety of ingredients to hit tons of macros, vitamins, even probiotics. I appreciate that it encompasses 'powdered greens' + 'protein shake' + 'fiber shake', and not just one of those. Some drawbacks - It goes bad pretty fast. I was hoping it had a longer shelf life, but I do appreciate the lack of preservatives and high amount of quality perishable ingredients, so it makes sense that its life is limited. Keep that in mind when you buy though! It's also pretty expensive. However, they just released it at Target, so you can at least shave off the shipping cost! Each serving also contains at least 7g of sugar, which can add up if you're consuming one a day. Hopefully they'll release some minimally flavored/sugared opions soon.
