July creates sustainable longer-lasting luggage at a fraction of the traditional price, designed in Melbourne.

Founded in Melbourne in 2019, frequent travellers and July founders spoke with hundreds of travellers and read thousands of online reviews to find out the key pain points and desires in luggage.

Believing that everyone should have the pleasure of experiencing well-designed products, without spending the equivalent of a trip to Tulum, they made it their mission to create thoughtfully designed products that upgrade the travel experience.

July wins praise in reviews for sleek, lightweight luggage and totes with smooth, durable wheels and thoughtfully adjustable handles, but persistent complaints question whether the brand is good due to scuff‑prone shells, fragile locks/zips, and inconsistent build quality. Reviewers applaud chic colors, personalization, nesting storage, and some swift warranty replacements, while others report wheel failures, cramped interiors, and frustrating service, making July a stylish yet risk‑laden choice.
