It's kinda a weird thing to have delivered to your apartment with all your roommates. Also - hard to test since I have been fortunate enough to not experience a disaster where i would need emergency food + water + radio etc. since I had the kit (even when COVID first hit NYC, I still was lucky to have access to all of life's necessities.
Received a free product from JUDYMy boyfriend bought one of these when we lived in California, it was a relief knowing we had a bag packed and ready if there was ever an emergency. Everything is neat and easy to find. It's a real must have.

Simply put, I am lazy and did not want to put together my own earthquake-prepared kit as a SF resident....soooo I paid for one. I got the backpack version (waterproof + watertight!) for our household of 3 (me, my boyfriend, our dog). The pack arrived ready-to-go, and I was advised by customer support that this option would have enough room to store dog food and a favorite toy. I'm happy to report it does! Nice to have this on hand should we need it.
