I've only purchased in person, so I cannot attest to their online experience. However, the ice cream is delicious!! Gooey butter cake is my favorite flavor.

The varieties of flavors offered is amazing and the unique flavors are extraordinary! I originally had Jeni's ice cream while I was visiting a friend in Ohio over a decade ago so I am super excited that they are now in stores and more accessible! I have never had a bad flavor!

Jeni's ice cream is probably the best ice cream I have had and I am not even an ice cream person. All their flavors are flavorful without being too strong. This makes them so much easier to eat them all. Their retail locations are always so cute and inviting too.

10/10. Great brand and great ice cream. As a lactose-intolerant girlie, they have the best flavor for non-dairy options.

The only ice cream I will go out of my way for. Even the vegan flavors are great.

Jeni's is simply the best ice cream. Many of the core flavors are updated versions of classics. They frequently will do collabs with musicians or other artists. They think of their ice creams as art. I also respect their sourcing from small family farms, many in the midwest.

omg. literally some of the best ice cream i’ve tried. my sister had some left over in her freezer and i grabbed it for myself, and i instantly fell in love. i’m pretty sure the flavor i got was birthday cake, and i would definitely buy again but with a coupon or something because it is a little pricey

The Frose Sorbet... AMAZING! There's not much more that can be said. The Rose flavoring is prominent but not over the top. The texture is so smooth and makes for a great treat.

Best ice cream I've ever had! Very soft and creamy with a lot of flavor. My favorite is the gooey butter cake, I also love the darkest chocolate. Everyone I have tried from them is delicious!!

Some flavors are good. I think Brambleberry Crisp is their highlight. Others are extremely heavy in salt or chocolate flavors. Few flavors are balanced and for the pricing, they should be tastier.

Really good ice cream. I bought a gooey chocolate cake flavor and it still had a pleasant gooey texture in the freezer after a few weeks. Knocking one point off because of the $9 price tag.

I remember when Jeni's was just a Columbus based store that everyone loved dearly! Now it's massive and I couldn't be happier! The ice cream is always creamy and the flavors are so unique. They continue to change of flavors and it makes me coming back for more. They also ship very quickly!

I discovered Jeni’s Ice Cream on GoPuff during post pandemic . It quickly became a favorite. I love the Birthday Cake flavor. The taste , thickness , actual chunks of cake and sprinkles are the best .
