Jeni's Ice Creams earns rapturous reviews for rich, ultra‑creamy texture and inventive, true‑to‑label flavors like Brambleberry Crisp, Gooey Butter Cake, and Brown Butter Almond Brittle, confirming the brand is excellent. Reviews also flag downsides: pints are expensive, quality varies by flavor, and some report iciness or overly sweet/salty notes and occasional freezer burn from stores.

Delicious. No 'it's ice cream but healthy' here. Just plain good.
Flavors are amazing. Everything tastes fresh. The texture of the ice cream is perfect.
Super tasty; fun flavors. Maybe a tad overrated?? It just gets SO much hype and is so pricy; I'm not sure it's THAT much better than other locally based/ small/ indie ice cream brands. But certainly delicious and worth trying if you haven't!
One of my favorite "luxury" ice creams! I can't help but treat myself on occasion to one of their pints. However, the best experience is going into one of their scoop shops! Their flavors are interesting and even their non-dairy options are delicious! I love the texture and it still has that smooth quality (not gritty).
Delicious and innovative flavors. My go-to is always Lavender and either the milkiest chocolate or coffee with cream and sugar. I always get the small waffle wedge as a topper. Great for parties too -- they ship around the US

Love Jenis. I love how innovative their flavor combos are and how it’s consistently amazing. High quality ice cream with the finest ingredients.
truly the best ice cream there is, and I am so happy they have since widened their reach to be available in groceries when I am not in a city that has a brick and mortar locations. This is what ice cream should taste like!! The inventive flavors are amazing, I have dreams about the gooey butter cake. Only knocked one star because of the price, but, you can taste the quality.
I’m from Memphis, and for years, I’d make a trip to Nashville at least once a year. Every single time I visited, I had to make a quick stop at Jeni’s Ice Cream parlor. It became a tradition, and I honestly couldn’t leave Nashville without it. When I moved to Dallas, I was so sad about being away from Jeni’s, but then I remembered Jeni’s is now sold in stores! My all-time favorite flavor has to be the Ooey Gooey Butter Cake. It’s the perfect balance of rich, sweet, and buttery goodness that always hits the spot. Now, I can get my sweet tooth fix anytime

I'm a big fan of Jeni's ice cream since I discover their ice cream parlor in Los Feliz neighborhood in Los Angeles. I'm particularly fond of the unexpected flavor mixes they come up with, being my favorite the goat cheese and red cherries one.

A really good ice cream and very fun flavors. Love everything about it, except for how much a pint is. Would love to purchase regularly at a lower price point.
Their ice cream is delicious! I showed it to my friends last weekend and they went crazy to try it!! I always have it my freezer!!
These flavors are incredible. This is definitely for the dessert lover and not for the sugar sensitive. The flavors are unique and taste real and fresh. The store locations are fun as well Gooey batter cake is delicious
Ice cream with a good assortment of
The pints and scoop shops are good but my favorite products are the ice cream sandwiches! The key lime pie flavor actually tastes like a legit key lime pie with crust.
These ice creams are the creamiest I’ve had and that’s 44 yrs of testing! Like homemade ice cream!
I thought the flavor was really good, but it does take a while to thaw out to eat/gets icy pretty fast. Overall not a bad flavor though.
Excellent original flavors, as a big ice cream fan I can confidently say if you like the flavor on the package it's worth trying out! The flavors do tend to run a little sweet in my personal preference, so I prefer Jeni's on its own in a cone rather than on top of pie.
