Forget any communication thru email. All has to be done thru customer portal. Impossible to cancel subscription or delete your payment method. Only option, block transaction thru credit card company.

I was really excited to try this concentrated coffee and they were running a Memorial Day sale so I bought a 4-pack of coffee (caramel, vanilla, and two decaf). First, I tried the caramel flavor mixed with iced water and that was a nope - it was bitter and didn't taste like good coffee. So I added a sugar substitute and then it was slightly less bitter and yet still tasteless. So then I tried it mixed with milk and that was better but not great. There are about 30 servings in a bottle and I have four bottles so I will have a lot of this to use over the summer but I don't think I will be purchasing it again.

Ordered Javy for the first time over Black Friday 2023; they had a good promo running. I bought one bottle of French Vanilla & one bottle of Caramel concentrate. I've had them for a week so far, and I can't say I really understand the appeal. My order came with a free little spoon, which is supposed to be the perfect amount of coffee concentrate if you mix 1-2 of those (I think it's a tsp) with milk or water. I cannot for the life of me get the water/concentrate ratio right. I've followed the instructions. I don't think it should be this hard. My coffee just tastes weird every time. It's either too watered down, or it tastes like chemicals, which is what I think is happening when I have too much concentrate. Personally, I think Javy touts convenience, but it's actually far more inconvenient than something like a Keurig K-Cup or Chamberlain Coffee's single serve pods. I'm probably not going to buy Javy again.

I like the simplicity of this product and the ease of use. The flavors are pretty good 😊

This product is popular and well-liked. I unfortunately just thought it was ok so I’m sticking with my normal coffee.

A friend of mine gave me this because she forgot to cancel her subscription and I figured I would try it. I will say in a pinch and you need “coffee” this works but I don’t think I could ever replace coffee with this product. It doesn’t necessarily taste bad it just almost doesn’t taste like anything at all. Just stick with real coffee

This was nowhere near as strong as I wanted it to be. The other reviews I had read were all over the place, so I figured I needed to try it myself. Too little concentrate had no flavor, and too much was bitter. I loved the idea, but would rather just use french press or make cold brew.

absolutely love this coffee. they have such a great variety of flavors. the coffee is very versatile and can be used to make hot or cold coffees and lattes. there are also a ton of servings per container. my shipping on an order was once delayed and the customer service was phenomenal

As a cold coffee drinker I find this coffee to be confident and tasty. I can mix it to be strong or weaker as I want it. It is easy to throw a bottle in your purse, order an ice water and then create your own, cheaper, drink. The flavors are wonderful with salted caramel being my favorite. Just be careful when ordering or you may sign up for a monthly order and not realize it. Customer service is a real person and they are very helpful. Give it a try!

I love the taste of the coffee and the variety of options, as well as how easy the product is to use. I find the price is also good in comparison to other options on the market. I would definitely purchase again.

I'm a big fan of Javy coffee when I'm in the mood for a quick cup. Although I prefer it cold, it's also good hot as well. I love how easy and convenient it is to prepare, add ice and milk or water and voila!

I love love love all the different flavors!! I will say I tried it with milk and then with water..I prefer making it with milk over the water but still good both ways!

I love this for cold coffee. They are not overly sweet, which i love and you can't beat the price if you go get a cold brew everyday. Would recommend trying them out!

The Coconut Caramel Cookie Concentrated Coffee was delivered super fast. It was delicious! You could definitely taste both the coconut and caramel flavors, which I loved. I was able to make an iced coffee in just a few minutes compared to having to brew the coffee first. Total GAMECHANGER making the convenience worth the cost.

I have never drank coffee before but when I saw Javvy coffee concentrate I decided to try it and I was very pleased with the taste and how easy it was to make at home. My daughter and a coworker was very surprised how good it was and said they will have to buy it too!
