  • Journaling has always been tremendously helpful for me, but actually being able to commit to a routine and actually carve the time out has become increasingly difficult as I've gotten older. What I love about the Five Minute Journal is that it's totally manageable... everyone has 5 minutes. And it's effective... the guidance provided and the prompts given are effective and well-worth the time investment. I wish the journals were priced a bit more affordably, but they are well worth the investment.
