    Worst case I ever bought l could have bought it from shein with 2 euros

    I originally bought this case for my iPhone 15 Pro because the Apple Silicon case I had my eye on wasn’t available in the color I wanted. On first impressions I liked how it looked, but hated the feel. When I was eventually able to get an Apple case in the color I wanted, I threw the Ideal Of Sweden case in a drawer. Anyway, over a year later the Apple case disintegrated and I’m now using the Ideal of Sweden case. It’s grown on me, I’m now used to the feel and it’s incredibly hard wearing with no scratches or damage. The only thing I don’t like is I can get a little grubby with finger marks, but is easily cleaned.

    My customer experienced with Ideal of Sweden was the worst it could be. Firstly there is no option of modifying or cancelling the order - even right after it was paid. I wanted to cancel before shipping but my request was ignored. Secondly - if you order to your house, be prepared to go to some pick up store somewhere else / they don’t care if the parcel was not delivered properly. There are no free returns even when you made a claim because you received damaged product. Cases and wallets are made in China from poor plastic materials and are sloppy made. I sent pictures of my damaged wallet that I received - they acknowledged the flaw of the product yet they decided the damage was not severe enough to accept the claim. Stay away from this store at all cost. They are not worth a penny and customer service is one big joke.
