Ideal of Sweden reviews and discussion

My customer experienced with Ideal of Sweden was the worst it could be. Firstly there is no option of modifying or cancelling the order - even right after it was paid. I wanted to cancel before shipping but my request was ignored. Secondly - if you order to your house, be prepared to go to some pick up store somewhere else / they don’t care if the parcel was not delivered properly. There are no free returns even when you made a claim because you received damaged product. Cases and wallets are made in China from poor plastic materials and are sloppy made. I sent pictures of my damaged wallet that I received - they acknowledged the flaw of the product yet they decided the damage was not severe enough to accept the claim. Stay away from this store at all cost. They are not worth a penny and customer service is one big joke.
