  • I ordered diffuser that came with a scent. The scent could not be smelled. I contacted the company. They said that I bought the wrong pod. I went through a three week email argument with this company and and all they try to do was get me to buy new pods buy a new diffuser at one point they said they would allow me to return it, but I had to pay for the delivery to get it back there And there was gonna be a 20% restocking fee which essentially had me losing even more money not to mention yesterday I noticed a charge in my account for a pod that I did not purchase

  • It is absolutely the worst company to buy a diffuser from. And trust me, just because it looks 'expensive' and IS expensive, does not mean that it is of higher quality than the rest. It is actually is the lowest quality diffuser and brand I have ever sadly come into contact with. I purchased TWO (2) $400 tower diffusers, which both ended up just not working after about a year of use. I replaced the first one (by repurchasing, which was the only option they gave me given the 90 day warranty was up) because I thought that maybe it was something I did and it be worth it to replace, but I was SOOOO wrong. I look back and actually cannot believe I convinced myself that it was a good idea to just buy it again. After my second one broke, I was told AGAIN by their customer service team that I would have to completely repurchase the same diffuser for a third time, even though it is THEIR faulty product, worth hundreds of dollars, that just stops randomly working!! I gave them proof that my diffuser was still in great condition and that the issue had to be a technical problem unrelated to any thing I could have ever done, but that didn't change the fact that I would still have to pay !!$450!!!! for a whole new one!!!!! Even when they can't guarantee that it will work more than a year and a half!!! FOR FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!! This has to be some sort of crime !!!!! Do not be as dumb as me and purchase anything from this place. Please let them go out of business. !!!!!!!

  • I wish a negative rating was possible. This is a joke. I ordered a starter kit and got blown up with phone calls shortly after while I was at work. When I didn't answer they sent a text message saying there was a problem with my order. I stepped out and called. Big mistake. After failing to get the guy to shut up repeatedly telling him I'm at work, he managed to sucker me into a contract for a 3000 dollar diffuser somehow with a hard check of my credit. I am in the process of dealing with them to return and get out immediately!! Scam scam scam

    This lady did the same thing to me. I’m at work, and she calls as if aliens took my order or something when all she wanted to do was upsell me on some more BS. This company is garbage, and I told her not to ever call me again if my order was perfectly fine. A-Holes!!!!

  • BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY EVER! Zero help with customer service, refuses to give refunds or even a return label, constantly get hung up on, no email responses, given fake phone numbers. It’s TERRIBLE. DO NOT PURCHASE. I would give negative stars if I could

  • Fuck this company! It sucks! From the moment I purchased!!!! I received a text at 5am the following day. Then a phone call hoping to upsell. I was overcharged and had to fight for compensation. It was a hassle! I wasn’t compensated for over a week. Then the shitty hotel pro arrived…. Defective!!! Doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money or time!

  • So I ordered the studio pro. Supposedly capable of tending to a 600SQF area. I bought one for a travel trailer half that size. After payment of $263.00 I received the product. It doesn’t work. Tried working it out through troubleshooting. Still nothing. I then resorted to contacting customer service. They informed me, that even though my product didn’t work, they need to receive it before they send me a replacement. I ask to speak with someone else. I was then put on hold for an absurd amount of time. So, sure. If you want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a product, and company that doesn’t back the product itself enough to replace your product when defective. Sure, hotel collection is perfect for you. Before you read this thinking to yourself “ahh this guys just trying to get a second for free…” APPLE replaces their phones (thousands of dollars by the way) before receiving your old one back. Or they charge you for it. My advice, find a company that cares enough to replace the product, and save yourself hundreds of dollars. And seeing how there are no negative things to suggest from the box below….. My suggestion would be utterly ridiculous customer support

  • Stay away. I ordered because I bought into their "Free Diffusor" promotion. I was immediately called with a hard sell trying to tell me that for my 700sqft apartment, I needed their $3000 diffusor - red flag. It has now been 3 weeks since ordering - I've gotten spammed with emails and texts trying to sell me more products and yet....have still not received my initial order. I tried to cancel, but they won't cancel the order or subscription because it is "in transit".

  • First off it amazes me how they can get celebrities to back this piece of junk. Yes the scent is awesome but what good are all these expensive oils when the unit breaks within weeks of use? Customer service is a joke with this company the only time you hear from them is minutes after you purchase they call trying to upgrade you to a more expensive unit before you even get the first one. This company knows these are junk and are in hopes they can get you to spend more money to correct your issues. The subscription is where they get their money so they drain you of every dime they can get out of you before you figure them out . If you notice the fees and shipping charges alone is just another way they gouge you out of money. I have spent hours on the phone with this company trying to resolve my issues sometimes they just hang up on you. After many calls they have replaced my diffuser three times and each time they break within a few weeks. Common problem is oil leaking out in the bottom of unit with no scent or motor starts making noise until it just stops. I'm done with them at this point and finally after contacting the BBB they issued me a full refund and I would suggest any of you who have been taken by them do the same. As far as what you can do with all the oils you are left with they can be used in water diffusers and get fair results. I got creative and poured some in a empty glade plug in and it actually worked as well. All I can say is this company needs to cease they are a rip off.

  • I SUGGEST PURCHASING FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. We just received our Pro 600sq ft diffuser and oil on Friday 15 November 2024. As we opened the package, we found that the oil was already unsealed and half the bottle already leaked within the box (pics attached). Customer service via phone and chat are unreliable. We have to leave a message of issues and wait 24-48hrs for a response. As first time buyers, I would highly recommend to purchase from a reputable company instead of this one. For the price we paid, it is not worth the hassle, as expressed from other consumers.

    This is only the beginning of your problems. All my oils shipped leaking and the unit all three of them only worked a couple of weeks and they could care less about helping you.

  • I purchased the hotel collection diffuser in March. It broke after five months. I called and they said you get 90 days. It is garbage for the price. They offered me an upgrade, to which I said tha doesn't help when I have four bottles of the 50 ml that I wouldn't be able to use anymore. Which each costed over $50! I took my diffuser apart, why not, it already does work. I found that there are three rubber stoppers, all of which were torn and broken, causing the oil to leak into the machine onto my furniture, eating into the stain. This product is so expensive for only lasting less than 6 months. Especially considering, my subscription said it was for free if I use it for one year! What a disappointment! Very disgusted with the lack of customer service to work something out. What a waste of money!

  • So my friend and I bought the pro diffuser. Well I went to check my diffuser to see if the oil was low and long and behold, upon opening there was oil on the bottle and looking further it was in the bottom of the base of the differ. It was a good amount. So I am asking myself how is that possible, I bought this because of stupid Tik Tok. So I reached out to customer support after waiting on the phone for over an hour I hung up. This is a hazard if you have it plugged up all day without checking. The product is a good idea but bf concept on the oil. I would not recommend this item and it’s part of the Aroma 360 brand as well. Sucky part is I can’t cancel my subscription for 2 more months. Once it’s done it’s done. Cancel on contact. Don’t spend your money.

    Unfortunately, I had all the same problems' considering how much the oil cost on top off the $15.99 shipping, most of it spilled in the mail before it even got to the diffuser, then the rest all leaked to bottom of the diffuser. Just an FYI when it comes time to cancel. They will ghost you in every way. Phone calls, chats' emails. I hope you don't have to do this but I cancelled my credit card and got a new one issued. I paid well beyond my subscription and that was my only way out! Good Luck!

  • I love the scents offered by Hotel Collection, however I was dissapointed in the candle as it had absolutely no throw. I couldn't smell it at all... Even with my nose right over it I could barely smell it. BUT, the scent itself is incredible. My favorite is 'Black Velvet' as it smells exactly like the EDITION hotel's custom Le Labo scent. I'm sure the diffusers work much better!

  • Dealing with this company is agonizing. Suffice it to say, their diffuser lasted 45 days before breaking. Customer service is the opposite of helpful. I went from upset at the poor quality of their products to absolutely enraged as they failed to address or respond to my issue and instead just tried to get me to buy a more expensive device. Scammers and generally horrible people. Their treatment of customers is unconscionable.

  • I absolutely love the concept of this and the wonderful fragrances BUT THIS THING IS POORLY MADE! It leaks oil profusely which damages the wiring which leads to malfunction.

  • The first diffuser showed up broken. We took the time and effort to send it back and they sent us a new product which they over billed us for then, we had to get that corrected. We had the diffuser about 60 days now, it’s never really worked 100%, and it’s completely stopped working. We have tried everything “tech wise” to fix but no luck. Now it’s just a red light and no mist. Would not recommend.

  • I bought a diffuser from these people when I got it it did not work. Talk to one customer service person. They said they were going to send me a return label which never happened. I have spent hours on hold on chat with these people to get nowhere they won’t even call me. They won’t respond to me at all. These diffusers are too expensive to get ripped off on and they can’t even make it right. I have screenshots of all of this to prove it don’t buy from them because if they screwed up, they will not fix it.

  • Diffuser Quality Functioning

    Was excited to try this product. Didnt get a discount on the diffuser but for the oils, purchased 2 years ago. The diffuser now, (11/2024) does not function properly, the remote (has a new battery in it) is not triggering the functions. The oil fragrances are Great but as much as I paid for the diffuser, would expect the darn thing to last 6 - 8 yrs. Disappointed

  • Please avoid this company and website. I placed a one-time order, but the system automatically converted it to a subscription. When I contacted customer service, they provided multiple excuses for why they couldn’t cancel it. Oddly, while calling on a Saturday, I was able to make additional purchases, but canceling the subscription wasn’t allowed. On top of that, they charged a delivery fee that wasn’t listed in my purchase confirmation. Very disappointing experience. Lucelia Costa

  • Diffuser stopped working after a month! The canister collects oil and when I noticed the machine wasn’t putting out fragrance, I opened it to only see all the oil at the bottom of the diffuser. Customer service doesn’t care and when I finally reached someone I was told my machine was out of warranty and I could buy a new one or purchase a subscription to get one for free.
