Hiya was a before and after for my little one. We try multiple products, around 10, and we are sticking with Vita for life. Great product.

I ordered Hiya vitamins a couple of weeks ago & my 6 year old loves them! I love that they’re so easy to order & that they’re not full of sugar. The one thing I love more than the actual vitamins is the customer service! I had accidentally ordered way too many and someone reached out to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake on my order & then fixed said mistake. I then emailed to request just one flavor of vitamin (my kiddo loves the green ones) and they were so nice and updated my future orders. They are always so quick to respond and very polite. This is a brand I can back 100%

My daughters love Hiya! My 4 year old struggled with constant constipation her entire life. The Hiya probiotics have changed everything for her. They love the flavor of the probiotics and the multivitamin and I love that there is no added sugar and it’s actually good for them. The customer service is amazing as well. They’ve worked with me quickly to resolve any concerns I have.

Overall my daughter is reliably taking these vitamins and their customer service was incredibly prompt in a response with an issue we had and offered up several options to work with us. Would recommend!

My children love their probiotics. I was nervous since my two year old is so picky, but she requests them every morning. In fact, when she was sick, it was the only thing she would eat. We originally got them for our 16-month son, who is constantly having issues going to the bathroom, and since being on them had been completely regular without any other medication. Highly recommend this awesome company!

Hiya vitamins have dramatically improved my toddlers immune system! She started preschool this year and seemed to have a new bug each week. Once we started Hiya, we noticed a dramatic difference in how often she WASN’T getting sick! Also, customer service is amazing! Our daughter likes all of the flavors but LOVES the green apple one the most. Emailed the company and they said they could do just green apple and were super friendly! This makes for one very happy toddler! Couldn’t ask for a better vitamin or company! I trust that I am giving the best vitamin to my daughter to help support her growth and health!

My daughter loves the multivitamins. She is picky when it comes to vitamins and I did my research to find the best on the market. Their customer service is excellent as well!

My kids love their Hiya vitamins. I found Hiya after my son’s visit to the dentist last year. The dentist told us to stop using the gummy vitamins we had been using since they were leading to more kids getting cavities. My kids look forward to taking their Hiya vitamins everyday. I highly recommend them!

After doing hours of research for a sugar-free, no preservative multivitamin for my two young children (5 and 3,) I decided to give Hiya a try. The refillable glass bottles are perfect and my kids loved to decorate them. Each child has their own favorite flavor and Hiya will send you whatever flavor(s) you request each month. Every kid is different, and some kids might like them while others do not. My kids happen to like them, and even request them first thing in the morning. I have noticed that after almost two months of taking them daily my kids look healthier and have gone through a growth spurt. I do not have to try to force them to eat vegetables and meat as much anymore (it's still offered). My husband and I can feel good that they are at least getting good nutrients from the vitamins. We are a one-income household for now and just like everyone else we struggle sometimes to just save money. I decided to cancel my subscription and find a cheaper, and less healthy, multivitamin until we could afford Hiya again. I emailed the company to cancel and they responded inquiring to know why I wanted to cancel. I explained that my kids like them but we just can't afford them. To my surprise the company offered me a discount on my subscription for ALL future refills, not just a couple months. I am so grateful that they did because now we can keep giving our kids healthy vitamins at a price that we can afford. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent customer service. My son wasn’t a fan of one of the flavors, but liked the others. When I reached out to Hiya they were able to customize flavors he likes, so we aren’t left with extras. It was a super easy process and customer service resolved the issue the same day. We definitely recommend these vitamins and probiotics. Especially since there’s no yucky ingredients.

We are like most households, give your kiddos their 'sugar vitamins' before heading out to school in the a.m.and expecting to control themselves during school with very little outside playtime. Which honestly is not fair to them, nor their teachers. I discovered Hiya from a friend and my daughter did not like them at first because they are not full of sugar, like she was accustomed too. I reached out to Customer Support to see what options were available. They was able to custom order my daughter's favorite flavor (strawberry). We are so happy for this option. Also, the nighttime vitamins are great! Our daughter now doesn't need melatonin to go to sleep and she now sleeps through the night. She is a completely different child with proper sleep patterns. Thank you Hiya!

Great product, great customer service, great packaging, fair price

We love the vitamins! I’ve tried one and they taste great. It’s comforting to know how great the ingredients are. The company as a whole is great. Customer service is AMAZING. I always get great service and the vitamins come in every month like clock work.

I absolutely love the Hiya Multivitamins for my child. Customer Service is also top notch. Recently had an issue and they got back to me very fast and went above and beyond to help me. I’d recommend Hiya to other parents!

My daughter does not like the taste but the health benefits outweigh the taste factor. Customer service is great; however, I would like to manage my account via my own profile.

My kids have loved this vitamin. I love it due to no added sugar and it’s one tablet per day. They have definitely been sick less this year even with both of them starting school.

We gave Hiya vitamins a try for 2 months with my children. Both did not like the taste and we canceled our subscription after 2 months back in August 2023. However, we were charged with an auto renewal for January 2024 even though we have not used their vitamins since August 2023. After contacting the company, they claimed that we delayed subscription to January 2024, even though we very clearly went through a long process to cancel the subscription back in 2023. If you like their vitamins, great! If you wish to cancel for any reason, please be aware of the difficult process to cancel, including having to give many reasons why you wish to cancel. There is no easy process to cancel subscription on the website. You must email and speak directly with a representative and give reasons why you wish to cancel. With that said, I wish the company would make the process to cancel much easier on their website. Also, be aware of auto renewals even after you have canceled your subscription!
