My son is on a strict keto diet, so Hiya seemed like the perfect option for us. Low carb, had all the essential vitamins, and a fair price. Unfortunately, they gave my son absolutely horrible cavities. Apparently, chewable vitamins like this can cause that and I had no idea. We cannot continue giving them to my son. He liked the flavor though. On to another alternative. 

Our pediatrician recommended Hiya and I am so glad he did! Not only do I feel better as a parent knowing the ingredients, but I see a difference in my child as well. Beyond that, the customer service is amazing and extremely responsive! 

My children 8 and 4, not only enjoy them we have seen far fewer illnesses since staring them! I like that it’s one and done for both kiddos, while being dye and sugar free!

We love hiya! My kids are healthy but these multivitamins truly take their health up another notch. My kids enjoy taking them which of course is a plus. The auto-ship is a lifesaver for busy families too. I’m telling you their customer service is THE BEST! I always get quick responses. A truly great company that cares about their customers. 

Best vitamins we have tired! Best thing is no sugar coating!! Great customer service - my child didn’t like the multi flavors so they make sure she only gets the pink flavor in her refills!

I am so happy to have finally found a children’s multivitamin with no added sugar. I’m impressed with the customer service and response time as well, with any questions I’ve had!  I feel my son is finally getting all the nutrients he needs! 

My kids love these vitamins! The taste and texture are similar to a sweet tart. It’s been one they have really enjoyed taking with good ingry! The customer service went above and beyond to help me as well! 

I love hiya, my daughter always had a thing for taking multivimtains because of the taste but with Hiya she does not hesitate to take it.

The switch from the sugary, gummy vitamins was a tough one for the kids, but necessary.  They love their vitamins and I love the company!!  They have gone out of their way to make us happy, including customizing our order so the kids only receive the flavors they like.  Who does that??  We are a fan and very satisfied customers!!


I’ve been really happy with the HIYA multivitamin for my 2 yo son. One of the best features is that it’s sugar-free, which is a huge plus for me. My son looks forward to taking his vitamin every morning—he loves opening the container and picking out his color of the day. I think the variety in colors was a great touch to make it more engaging for kids. I'm also excited to try their probiotic and greens drink soon since getting all the right nutrients can be tough.

On top of that, their customer service has been outstanding. I had a request to revise my subscription, and they got back to me in less than two hours with a personal response. Really impressed with how quickly they handled it. Overall, I’m really pleased with both the product and the company!

My kids love their vitamins and as a parent who has done the research, I feel so good about it not being a gummy (for teeth’s sake!) and that they look forward to it every day. The hiya team has also been amazing with communication. It’s so important to keep our children healthy however we can and this is a small, but significant step in doing so. The packaging & little containers are also adorable and it’s very obvious they are the kids vitamins so they don’t get mixed up with other medications. 

My kids started taking the probiotic and multi vitamin about a month ago now and they both absolutely love it! My daughter has a weak immune system and she has yet to have any signs of sickness. And my son is a very picky eater bit in the last week or so we have noticed him trying different things and wanting to eat more! We love theses products and hope to stick with them!

We have been doing Hiya vitamins for a few months now and we love it. My son’s seem healthier overall and haven't been sick like they usually are during this season. They also really love the strawberry flavor the most and Hiya is sending us only strawberry from now on. Highly recommend! 

We love this brand. My children love the taste of the vitamins (my youngest asks for his "medicine"). Above the quality of the vitamins, the customer service leaves you feeling important and valued. I had issues with an order after some hard situations at home and they got right back to me and got everything taken care of that they could. This company is worth it.
