Update: After emailing Hiya and thanking them for their time (and quick responses) they did give me a refund so I added a star. They can do this in extenuating circumstances as the website says and in this case they did grant me a refund which was nice. Still, be careful with supplements with the small ones. At least Hiya eventually helped on our situation which at least in a business sense, was good. The Hiya Bedtime made my 6 year old very sick. He only took one and about 4 hours later was vomiting violently for three hours until I got nervous and went to the ER in fear of dehydration since even a small sip of water would make him throw up. He was crying and shaking and said his stomach hurt really bad. He was tested for norovirus and rotavirus, both negative and he had no fever so the ER dr said it was the supplement. He tolerates foods and supplements well and has never had an issue like this. I contacted Hiya customer support when it happened and they responded quickly and I kept in touch throughout this awful process. However, I was told there was nothing they could do to help me with a return (maybe I got a weird bad batch?) or refund. Nothing. So, just a heads up for other parents, if you are one of the unlucky ones who have experienced this (I’ve seen other reports) they will not help you.

We have been faithful fans of Hiya for over a year now. My daughter is 2 and was a preemie and after starting daycare she became sick WEEKLY; so providing an essential immune builder to her daily health routine was vital. I did extensive research as I didn’t want gummies, I didn’t want sugared junk or dyes, and I didn’t really trust liquids to get all of the vitamins transferred. When I read about Hiya I instantly purchased the multivitamin and probiotics without hesitation. My daughter LOVES these. She has only been sick once since starting these as the household was down but was better within 24 hours! She’s happier, her energy is better and she sleeps even more peacefully. I recommend Hiya to every parent who is looking now!

Hiya offers high-quality vitamins that our kids actually like to take. They stayed healthy so far when they've been exposed to other kids that are sick and they're happy and willing to take the vitamins. Can't ask for much more than that.

I love the effort to reduce packaging and the desire to use quality ingredients. So far my daughter, who has many sensory issues, is taking them daily, which is huge! Hiya was even willing to send the only flavor she’ll take!

I love Hiya vitamins for my kids! Main reason is that they don't have all the added junk in them like dyes, additives, added sugars, and artificial junk. I did some research making sure my girls get the best vitamins! Their customer service was very friendly when I had a small issue. They fixed it immediately. The automatic delivery is a bonus too!

What I really love about Hiya is how easy and great the customer service is. My kids use the multivitamins and probiotics and love the flavors, except for one, so I shoot a quick email over, get a super fast response and they were able to customize my packs to not include that one flavor. I feel really good giving these to my kids knowing they are filled with stuff their bodies need and nothing they don’t.

Ordered the multivitamin and probiotic for our daughter at age 2- she’s been taking them for a year now. I love the ingredients, quality of ingredients and knowing my daughter is getting an extra dose of the good stuff when her diet is off for the day. We recently started the sleep vitamin- I love that it’s free from melatonin, it helps her wind down at the end of the day. My favorite part is that she enjoys the taste and asks for them- if we don’t remember, she does. Also really appreciate the customer service- they are incredibly easy to work with and very prompt with responses.

I got the multivitamin since I know my son does not eat enough veggies and fruits in his day. He also has a hard time focusing in class and gets easily distracted. He’s been taking the vitamin daily and he sees a difference in the classroom (and I haven’t gotten an email home saying he’s distracting others still). He comes home every day saying he has had a great day and was good! I’m glad I found this vitamin for him. And he actually enjoys taking it and says it taste good, he is picky when it comes to flavor of vitamins!

Kids wouldn’t eat after sampling 1.mom& dad tried & they taste like chalky vomit.worst thing is-they trick u into believing it’s a 1x purchase.it’s a monthly program & you won’t realize until they’ve charged you a ridiculous $$$,& there’s no easy way to cancel.emailed company &they said oh well too late we shipped/charged you already (without email to even confirm prior).shady practice, nasty taste.thankfully my credit card company appreciates my business as they fixed this scam of a company.i’d never “join”a membership unless it was a good product that we enjoyed.kids spit it out so did adults.

I was looking for a clean methylated children’s vitamin for my kids and Hiya was great. My kids loved them. I was also highly impressed with customer service. They replied quickly and helped with my concern.

I LOVE Hiya multivitamins and probiotic for my kids. Since we started taking these vitamins we have seen fewer illnesses and improved attendance at school! The customer service is everything you could hope for. They are prompt and helpful, and they value their customers. I am so thankful we found this company!

My kids love the probiotic and multivitamin. They definitely seem to have not been getting sick as often as normal. They love the taste, and I love the outcome of having healthy children 😊 5 out of 5!

We love Hiya. We got it for our oldest daughter right when she turned 2 and every morning she asks for her vitamins (specifically the pink ones). She loves them and always comes up with some creative to flavors that she thinks they are. As parents we love the fact that we can give our kids vitamins knowing that there is none of the junk in them from other major vitamin brands.

I switched my kids over to these vitamins after a rough winter of constantly getting sick. While they still got the occasional cold, the duration and severity of their ill times felt significantly less then what it had been after switching. My kids are okay with the flavor commenting that while the flavors aren't bad they are strong. We just switched from variety flavors or just th yellow one as that is their preferred one. I was able to make this flavor switch through a quick message with customer support who was very helpful and timely in their response. We also like that for my daughter, who has an expander, these aren't gummies that could potentially get stuck in or bend her wires. The price is a bit high, especially for families of multiple children, but given the positive experience we've had that higher price for what must be higher quality and more effective ingredients feels worth it.

My three year old loves the Hiya multivitamin. He asks for it everyday. And I know he is getting the vitamins his body needs each day. I rely on these because he can be such a picky eater. Their customer service is also 5 star. Anytime I’ve ever reached out, they were quick to respond and very helpful and polite.

Hiya has been the best for my autistic son. After trying multiple brands this is the only one he will take and he loves them. He takes the multi vitamin, probiotics and sleep. So glad I found Hiya!!

My kids love these vitamins and I love that they are complete and have no sugar! The packaging, stickers, little activity included—all very thoughtful and cute.

My granddaughter is a very picky eater. Hiya vitamins keeps her healthy and flourishing mentally and physically. She loves the taste, so it's a win win for us all!
