My son didn't like the taste so I tried to cancel, but their customer service was great with getting a flavor he would prefer. I love the refillable containers.

I was desperately looking for a non-gummy vitamin for my kids that had what they needed and that they would actually like. It was so hard, but then Hiya to the rescue!! My kids absolutely LOVE this vitamin. They love the taste and texture of it. It's only been 2 months, but I've noticed a huge improvement in their health and behavior since they've started Hiya. Their eating habits have also improved. They're getting all the essentials they need and it makes my heart happy to see them healthy. A huge added bonus, Hiya's customer service is INCREDIBLE! I'm so happy, proud and grateful to be a Hiya family.

Love how when I contacted their help email - they were quick to respond with a wonderful solution! My kids love their vitamins - but they LOVE the green vitamins and tend to bicker over who gets to eat the green one. So I asked if it was possible to get only green ones for my picky eaters. Super grateful for this option! Thank you hiya.

First off, their customer service is amazing! I’ve never dealt with a better company! We tried the multivitamin tablets at first but my son (3yrs old) was hit or miss with them, some days he loved them but others he would spit them out. So I started hand crushing them with a spoon and putting them in his drinks each night but this was lot more work. I contacted the company and they sent me a powdered form of the multivitamins that comes in individually wrapped little plastic sleeves. I pour this into his milk at night and he drinks the entire thing and always wants more! We haven’t tried their other products yet but the multivitamin was amazing!

My picky son really loves these. It comforts me to know that these are not filled with sugar like the gummy bear vitamins!

I have to say, overall this company has it figured out. I got the vitamins for my 2.5 yo hoping he would love them but he didn't. I had high hopes since I had heard so many good things... I went to cancel the subscription and they reached out to me. They were super helpful to figure out what I could do to see if maybe it was just a flavor he didn't like. We tried certain colors for a few days each, didn't work. They then told me about an alternative and instead of me having to buy a whole 30 day supply, they sent us a sample. And thank GOD he loves them. Now, I understand they didn't want to loose me as a customer but they were not pushy at all to keep me, simply were just trying to help. I have NEVER had this much help from a company. The extra plus side was I didn't feel pressured like I usually do from a company. Needless to say we are renewing our subscription with their alternative vitamins and my LO will be a hiya kid for the foreseen future!!

I have been using the multivitamin, the probiotic, and the nighttime vitamin for my 4 year old son for a while now. I have noticed a difference in his sleep and daily life. This winter was the best for sickness we have had since he was born, I believe healthy gut and added vitamins has helped my son stay healthy and happy.

These vitamins have been a game changer. My kiddo hated all the expensive gummies we would try but once we switched to these she loves them. She prefers the red and pink ones and their customer service was amazing at switching it over to only recieve those flavors to further increase her willingness to take her morning vitamin!

We started these Hiya supplements, the daily vitamin and nighttime, for my daughter about a month ago. Previously she was taking a daily Flintstone vitamin, daily Zyrtec in the mornings and 2 Benadryl at night. Now she takes the Hiya Multivitamin and Zyrtec in the mornings and no more Benadryl in the evenings before bed just the Night Time supplement. She likes the taste and we have no trouble taking it daily. The glass bottles are also a nice aesthetic. The customer service with the company has also been the best customer service I have ever had.

We love HIYA! My daughter always remembers and loves picking out the color vitamin each day!

So far Hiya has helped my son who is 2 and continues to have those moments of not wanting to eat anything. Their packaging is awesome, which to me is important. First order comes with a refillable jar and stickers with which to decorate. Then monthly, a recyclable bag of refills comes. My son loves the red flavor ones the most. I have seen him in a much better mood. I would recommend this product to family and friends!

Great customer service! My son tolerates the flavors, but he is used to jelly bean vitamins. I love how it has the stickers (and he loved it too). We call it is superhero vitamins because of the lightening bolt on the bottle! I also love how you can customize the flavors.

Hiya has helped my family so much! Our 3 year old is a very picky eater, and having him take the Hiya multivitamin every day has given me peace of mind that he’s getting all the nutrients he truly needs.

My daughters love their personal bottles/stickers and the vitamins themselves. I was easily able to customize a flavor for my older, pickier daughter and the auto renewal checks one more box on my to do list.

Hiya vitamins are a crowd pleaser in my House. We take the kids multi and probiotics every day and my kids are EXCITED to get them every day. You just can't be that. On top of that-- customer service is amazing and I feel valued as a customer.

My children, 3yrs and 7yrs, take the HIYA daily multi-vitamin. They can be pretty picky about most foods or vitamins but the HIYA vitamins have been a hit in my house. Their customer service is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. My oldest said that the vitamins were a bit sour for her so I asked customer service if they would send my monthly subscription of just 1 flavor of vitamins and they were able to accommodate immediately! They are very quick to respond and accommodate requests via email.

We really love Hiya vitamins. Ever since taking them we have noticed a great change in our children. Especially when it comes to mood swings. they seem to be more balanced when it comes to how they are feeling what their emotions. We also love that their products are gluten-free as we are celiac family and it's hard to find vitamins that don't have added fillers that are safe for our family.. The company has been amazing to make sure that we can still afford to purchase these for our kids because we love them so much! I really do appreciate their kindness. A company that cares about her customers is hard to find. Hiya is definitely a top quality company.

They are extremely helpful and truly want the best for kids. My 4 year old loves the vitamins and I love knowing he’s getting the nutrients he needs.

I like the reusable containers my kids love the taste of it and they ask for more i notice that they dont get sick as much (they just started day care ) and if they do get sick they get over it quicker. I recommend hiya to all the parents its worth it.
