I like the vitamins but intentionally removing the option to cancel subscriptions on the account website and forcing an email request is absolutely unacceptable. I spent $60 more then I wanted because of this feature. I'm willing to bet it's intentionally to delay cancelation and make more money.

My son loves the vitamins - I pack them in his lunchbox everyday and he thinks it’s a treat. I’m glad the ingredients are clean and he’s getting what he needs.

Excellent customer service. My kiddo only likes the green vitamins so they offered to send us refills with only the green ones for future orders.

Hiya is wonderful! Not only do my kids love it, this mama is happy to know they are getting the right vitamins in the best way possible. Customer service is always so helpful and responds to my questions very quickly. I highly recommend this brand to any family looking for a good vitamin.

AMAZING customer service. My daughter loves the night vitamin, but not a fan of the different flavors of the morning vitamin. Customer service was able to personalize the morning vitamin to my daughter's taste preference. I was so impressed.

Wonderful products. My kids love the “sleepy vitamins” as we call them in our house, and the immune sticks. Feels good knowing we’re not loading them with sugar or melatonin. Great customer service!

Hiya multivitamins are great! It helped to ensure my son has all the required nutrients he needs each day since he is a picky eater. I love that their vitamins do not include toxins or artificial additives and does include fruits & veggies! I would definitely recommend Hiya to everyone!

We are new to Hiya and trying to get my son to accept a different kind of vitamin is hard! Working withtl the customer service department was fast and so easy to help find an option that will work for us! Bonus are the cute bottles the vitamins come in!

My little girl has been taking these vitamins for over a year and I definitely notice she doesn’t get sick as much as other kids around. She loves taking them too!

I'm only four days into the vitamin and iron supplement, but my interaction with this company has been fantastic. My toddler loves the taste of each of them, and I honesty enjoy that i can SMELL the ingredients. (Like i can smell the veggies they used, i have a bloodhound nose so the fact i can recognize what im smelling sounds weird, but it just shows to me they really are putting in what they say they are in them) I emailed to cancel my subscription under the basis of 60 dollars a month being too expensive for just vitamins, and I suggested a discount for continuing subscribers, and they offered me a discount to keep my subscription and not let financial stuff get in the way of doing what's best for my family. If I was a tiktok person I'd be raving them publicly. I will say though, they need to consider their competition a little more. Yes OLLY has sugar and all that in them, but with their price being nearly half of HIYA, and also bring readily available in stores, they should consider lowering their prices. Knowing how marketing works, the half off they give you on their first box, they're still profiting off of that, so to be charging double that even for the refill packs is a bit much. That being said, If my kid shows physical signs of the vitamin(s) making a difference, ill continue to buy them.

Like many of you, I was skeptic that these vitamins were any different than any other brands but within days my picky eater was exploring more food options than ever before. I am very happy with the progress!!

This website is deceptive. There was no clear explanation about a subscription at the beginning of the purchase, and it wasn't until after I placed the order that I realized a subscription had been added. This was a major disappointment for me. Even though my kids liked the multivitamin, I will not be purchasing from this website again. I’m very unhappy with how they treat their customers.

Hiya is an exceptional brand. I made the decision to buy from them because their products are clean with real food ingredients and low sugar. Their kids multivitamin includes essential vitamins missing from our diet that we desperately need, such as the methylated version of folate and iodine. I also appreciate that they are a chewable tablet versus the gummy, which can get stuck in teeth and lead towards cavities. We also bought their Vitamin C packets, which my kids love. I love that I can just pour them directly in their mouth and don’t have to mix them with water! And lastly and most importantly, their customer service is fantastic. I have 5 kids so subscriptions can add up, but Hiya has made it financially feasible for us to continue buying their products. For that, I am very grateful!

Both of my boys (6yrs) have had the most success with this vitamin. They have never been a fan of any but have taken to these without a big fuss. They especially like that they can get the flavor they like and it makes me happy to give them something nutritional.

Hiya is a great company! The vitamins arrive on time and the customer service is fantastic. I love that there is less sugar than other kids vitamins.

The customer service team is great. My little one loves specific flavors and they were able to accommodate her likes in a refill pack. The best part is they will send the same flavors each time.

I really love Hiya. I have 6 kids, and sone of my kids struggled with constipation, some of them struggled with skin rashes. So I removed the big food allergens, sugar, dairy and gluten and put them on hiya. Within 3 weeks they were no longer constipated or getting rashes. Slowly we reintroduced raw dairy only, gluten and sugar. We kept gluten and sugar out and kept raw dairy and hiya. My kids are thriving! I recommend hiya to everyone with kids! My kids of course love their vitamins and probiotics, too! Customer Service has been exceptional as well. They texted me in the beginning and if I have any issues, I can text and they get back to me right away. It's the same with email, the customer service response is fast and friendly. Hiya really has it all!

I gave the Hiya Multi vitamin a 5 star because my 3.5 year old son has been taking them for more than 6 months. The CLEAN ingredients is my favorite part and my son look’s forward to taking them every day. Its always nice in the back of my mind knowing he's getting a supplement regardless of what his toddler self is wanting to eat that day.
