Expedited shipping. 7 days after purchase and it's still processing. On top of that, no customer service options beyond email. Below is their standard reply. I'm going to cancel my order and we'll see how difficult they make that too.

This company has NO INTEGRITY. They have deleted all my comments on their IG page. I commented I have made several emails out to them with no response. This is only way to there help support center to contact them. Which is aggrevating shows poor customer service and no care to consumers. I also commented that I reported them to the BBB and FTC.GOV for this poor care of keeping up to date with orders and customer service. I got no updates stating orders are gonna take longer than expected and give better adjustments. I got one email stating will process please wait 3-10days to ship out. When I purchased. I also commented that Alex Tomic should oversee his company's care than worried about enjoying his life and living his best life off consumers. To give poor customer service is not acceptable. I advised to stay away from company. All my comments were deleted off there comment section. So the fact that they deleted my comments shows me they have deleted others to show they are a better company than they really are. The integrity of this company is foul to say the least. How many others have they deleted to create an allusion of a lie to you. No a trustworthy company by far.

The product is nothing like what it says. It’s not a thick paste. It’s a form. It does not do anything but make a mess in my bathroom. I got scam into buying this stupid worthless product.
