Mighty patches are such a saving grace when it comes to spot treatment! Put them on before bed and sleep while it clears the blemish! I have a habit of trying to take care of the blemish on my own (and end up making it worse) but using these makes a world of a difference and help it heal faster! Love these!

I bought this once on whim when my skin was having a *moment* and I've bought them probably seven times since. Couldn't be simpler to use—you just pop one on your blemish as you sleep and it helps it resolve so much faster than using nothing at all.

These patches are amazing. They are satisfying to use and see all of the gunk that comes out of your pores and they really work! They have lots of different versions for all different spots, including under the skin acne that's usually impossible to reach. I highly recommend this product to all.

I have relatively clear skin. I do my skincare most days and try to stay consistent about it. But every now and then I get a few HUGE pimples out of seemingly nowhere. And a lot of the time they HURT. So I found these patches one day when I had a particularly bad one and decided “what the hell” i’ll try it. I will never use anything other than this product again. Small, circular, translucent , skin colored patches you stick right on ur zit and go on about ur normal life without even realizing it’s there. After some time passes, you remove the patch and your pimple is GONE. It sounds too good to be true but it’s genuine magic. It clears the nasty stuff from ur pimple so it heals in just a few hours. It’s so great. If you suffer with random or unexpected pimples I promise if you try these, you’ll never go back.

These patches are a legit life saver! My skin is so easy to break if I try to squeeze a bump and I end up making it much worse than before. But since I discovered these little Patches, I use them until the spot of flat and dried out. It absorbs all the oils and gunk from the pore and also keeps bacteria from getting down into the area while healing. It’s incredible and so much better than trying to get rid of a numb myself which never ends well and the spots stays much longer. So glad I have these patches in my life !!

This brand is so popular, and I was really excited to be able to test out the patches on the huge, gross pimple on my cheek. But either it was the 'wrong kind' of pimple, or some other issue, but the patch never really helped speed the process of healing. The good thing is that it kept me from touching it as much. Will keep trying, but somewhat disappointed.

I like that it comes with 36 in a pack, and lasts longer than other brands. It sucks the nasty gunk out of my pimples and it goes well underneath my makeup. It's hardly noticeable until it starts filling up. I refill on these every 1-3 months.

The hero cosmetics mighty patches are my absolute favorite. These patches are the only product that have successfully reduced my blemishes in such a gentle matter I don't worry about scarring.

As far as hydrocolloid patches go, these are as good as any, but I found that I have to be very careful with these because sometimes this can make my acne worse! I would only put this on pimples that are already at or nearly at a head, otherwise it can just cause more issues and make your breakouts even worse. For under the surface, developing red acne bumps, I'd recommend microdart acne patches instead of the hydrocolloid patches, I've found those to be much more effective in general.

I have very deep cystic acne and this product did not help at all. It’s a good patch just to cover the redness and you can use it under makeup.

Absorbed my pimple overnight and leaves my skin feeling great

I remember seeing this brand all over TikTok and I knew I had to get this. When I first tried it, I really love how it blends into my skin. It's really great to wear when you don't want to cover your acne with makeup, and it's so much better for the health of your skin. I love sleeping with the mighty patch overnight because when I wake up my zit will be gone.

I love to keep these on hand for when I have a pimple show up. I sleep with one on over night and by morning the pimple is usually gone and the patch has a bubble on it from the nasty stuff it got out of my pimple. Some pimples it doesn’t do anything for and others it fixes over night. I feel like if its a deep pimple that hasn’t come to the surface yet it doesn’t do much at all but if it’s popable or almost so, it will do great.

The best part to me about the acne patches, besides they work great, is I can wear them during the day while out annd anbout and they are not noticeable.

Really great product for acne spots. The patches work great overnight and the rescue balm is perfect afterwards for major hydration. Wish the price was a little more cost efficient but other than that I really like this brand.

The pimple patches and rescue balms are amazing. These items have helped to clear up my acne and post-acne marks quickly. I highly recommend this brand.

The mighty patch is my holy grail!!! It's the only thing I ever use on my pimples or blemishes. The only issue I have with it is that it didn't come out sooner.
