The Mighty Patches are my best friend. One pack has a bunch of sheets you can throw in a bag, in the car, and in your desk at work. They can be covered with makeup, but they’re also discreet enough where you don’t need to. My only recommendation would be to follow the guidelines and not put them on deep cystic acne. They’re best for surface acne.

I use these a few hours after popping a pimple (after giving it some time to heal) or at night when I don't want my breakouts to touch anything or accidentally pop. It's great for that! Sometimes, depending on the cycle of the breakout, I will wake up to the pimple completely flat with all the gunk outside. The patch is great, but I would prefer the one with microdarts that has ingredients that are good for healing. This one is good but there are better out there.

Cute and convenient but I always go for a regular hydrocolloid patch for a cheaper option.

They work so well and aren’t easy to see if you were to wear them out in public!

I really love Hero Patches and honestly would use them a lot more but one of the issues for me, that makes Hero Cosmetics a 4 star brand over 5 star, is just the cost of products. Since I really do see improvement in my skin with their products, I wish I could justify spending more than I already do on their products. I first used the Micropoint for Blemishes and saw way more improvement than I was expecting. Since I was happy with the blemish patches I tried out the Micropoint for Dark Spots and again was happy with the results. The Original patches work, and I do believe help but are a bit finicky to apply and I've more than a couple of times, gotten the patches twisted or misshapen when peeling them from their backing and applying.

TLDR: More effective than similar products, but results take time. Mighty Patch is a convenient and affordable option for acne patches. They're readily available and come in attractive packaging. While I found them more effective than other brands like Starface, I noticed limited results unless I used them for several days in a row. The instructions recommend applying the patch only when a pimple head appears, but I didn't see significant improvement until after multiple days of use. Love my mighty patches. There are other more affordable brands out there but still a great product to soothe those big pimples when they pop up!

Average acne patches. You can get cheaper ones that function just as well but they do get the job done

I tried the pimple patches, and overnight there was a big difference in the size, swelling and redness of the pimple. Didn’t cause any skin irritation, and I have pretty sensitive skin. I use the pimple patches as soon as a spot appears, and it really does make a difference in the time it takes for the pimple to heal.

Worked well with my skin and help with my acne.

These patches are a life saver!!!!! Especially when I need I’m getting ready for an event or a photo shoot and I’m an unexpected pimple appears. I apply it on at night and it works like magic! They even have the invisible dots so you can wear them during the day.

When I tell you these are the best all-round pimple patch I mean it!! I love the micropoint option for invisible blemishes. I tend to get those under the skin blemishes that are more painful and the micropoint patches help diminish the blemish in a few days!

I leave these overnight and the next morning, it sucks out the white head on your pimple and it is noticeable. These are great if you get a few blemishes every once in awhile. You can also wear it out because it’s see through so you can’t really tell if someone is wearing it or not.

The patches work well compared to other pimple patch brands. I’m able to prevent picking at my blemishes and they stay on pretty well even when I’m out for a run sweating.

I find they work well but have a bit steeper price point than generic hydrocolloid bandaids, which work as well. The one product I would spend the $ on would be their invisible+ patches which work well under makeup or on their own.
