Y'all. I've tried every pimple patch out there and hero is the best brand. I particularly like their extra large strip patches. Those have saved my life during my maskne phase. Highly recommend.

Literally a SKIN HERO! the best for an easy overnight fix to that pimple you need to be gone!

They seriously work

I’ve tried my fair share of pimple patches, and Hero Cosmetics' *Mighty Patch Invisible+* is one of the better ones out there. It *actually* sticks (even through the night), flattens blemishes, and pulls out all the gunk in a weirdly satisfying way. The "invisible" part is… mostly true. It’s definitely more discreet than most, but not totally undetectable in bright light—don’t expect it to vanish under makeup either. Still, it’s perfect for daytime wear when you want to quietly treat a breakout without announcing it to the world. Great for travel, emergencies, or just staying ahead of a skin meltdown. Took off one star because it’s not as invisible as the name claims, but otherwise? Reliable, effective, and worth keeping in your skincare arsenal.

Mighty patches got rid of acne on my face overnight! I’ve tried other brands and they mostly make the blemish worse than it was, trapping in dirt and bacteria. Mighty patch does the opposite and sucks out the bad stuff only leaving the good behind! This brand is a 10/10!

I love their pimple patches, they work so well and are not that expensive. I especially like the micropoint for blemishes one I just wish those ones were cheaper but overall pretty good brand. I would recommend their product to a friend.

I absolutely love this product. Love how compact they are so they are easy to take anywhere. They blend into your skin you can’t really tell you have them on. The best part is that it is a product that works.

I love these for the occasional blemish. I use them more on my husband and son when going to weddings or other events and they’re so hard to detect if you need to mask something but also speed the time the blemish is resolved. I’ve bought many boxes of these.

I’m actually obsessed with their microneedle dart patches. They are literally magic. And their dark spot fading cream (purple and white tube) was amazing for my acne scars. But I wish their patches were a bit more reasonably priced

this just works, simple as that. pop it on during the day, on the plane, overnight, while cleaning, always does the job. I saw a lot of these in Korea and this brand in particular had the cleanest ingredients to what they used over there, which I think is important - there are other brands who sell pimple patches but these I feel less bad about running through as quickly- price is fair & WORKS!

Works! Rolls up when I apply - probably operator error? I try to put one on every time I have a pimple coming

I live the Hero pimple patches. I put one on at night and by morning my pimple is less red, the gunk is out and it starting to heal. It's an amazing product. Highly recommend!

Work wonders

Rescue balm is one of my favorite products. Applying it two or three times a day and it takes away the redness and soreness. It even prevents scarring. Usually blemishes popped are nothing to be worried about by day one, two at the most.

I have to say that I was a bit skeptical at first. But, once I left it on overnight for a massive pimple, the stuff that came out of it, was gross. I needed it. It was gentle on my skin. I didn’t feel it at night. It definitely helps my acne. It’ll clear away very shortly after.

The best thing since sliced bread. Go to for any tiny blemish I love these things and are a must have in my house with extra always on hand

I love pimple patches and I’m pretty sure this was the first company to come out with them in the US. First brand I tried and was shocked w results. Went on to try every other brand under the sun, and have always come back to these over and over again. The nose ones are especially great and perfect size.

Mighty patch is a life saver. They work great for pimples by absorbing all the yucky stuff. I wear them overnight but can also be worn under makeup or even without makeup since they clear.

I absolutely love these things. Bear in mind these things work differently on different skin types, the type of blemish etc. I have mildy sensitive, combination skin and doesn't make a zit magically disappear 100%. In fact the further below the surface the blemish, the less effective it is for me. I've found it is more effective once I have opened up the blemish using an extractor, giving the hydrocolloid access to absorb all the oil. Then it pulls most, if not everything, right out overnight. Sometimes round 2 is necessary but even that is a significant improvement from big, red and inflamed for a week!
