Works pretty well! I like how they are completely clear

They work SO well. A true game-changer for me was applying a second one after removing the first, instead of pushing the rest of the gunk out with my fingers. Less scaring and a cleaner pull!

I’ve tried a couple other pimple patches and nothing sucks the gunk out like hero cosmetics.

My kids fight over these pimple patches! Where we’re they when I was a teen with pimples?!!! They work great. We tried other brands that weren’t as effective but my kids love these ones.

I’ve been using the body line recently and I’m quite disappointed. The body wash doesn’t seem to be improving the bumps on my skin. I kept my rating quite neutral as I do like the feel and scent of the product, and overall as just a body wash it’s good, it just doesn’t live up to their other acne products sadly.

Girlfriend got me a pack of the mighty patches a while ago. After going through half the pack, I can say that these patches are lifesavers for when you have an emergency zit, especially one that's full of pus. I've also used the green cream which is this anti-redness cream which reduces red inflammation. I love that product too. Straightforward, effective, and affordable. Checks off my boxes! Plus, it's also available in Target which makes it easy to cop on a pinch.

Work like a charm!

I love that Mighty Patch popularized this idea so much that other brands have created their own. However, these are SO expensive for poor results - I found that Curology's add-on blemish patches (I think they're less than $2 for 20 of them if you have a subscription) are 100000x better. These didn't really do much for me, whereas Curology's worked with a single use.

Super cool patches. I usually use them at night and then will take them off in the morning. Most times, I'll still have the spot, but the inflammation is way down and it doesn't bother me anymore.

Ive used these mighty patches on my toughest pimples. Didnt pop them just slapped one of these on before bed and by the next day SO much smaller and sometimes GONE. It sucks all the nastiness from the skin and it doesnt hurt!

Could not live without these

Mighty patch helps with pimples. It is a very thin patch compared to some other competitors, which allows for simple concealing. My pimples have reduced significantly in size and redness after using this patch.

I like this brand, I think the patches work well for small blackheads. Next time I’ll order the larger patches for bigger areas! Definitely not a permanent solve for hormonal acne but great for problem spots.

These really work and are hardly visible on the skin! Hopefully never popping a zit again... so satisfying to use

The rescue balms are to die for. Other than the rescue balms, I haven’t been impressed.
