Reviews mention

  • Overnight, reliable blemish flattening
  • Discreet, skin-blurring patches
  • Satisfying impurity extraction
  • Consistent, high-quality adhesion
  • Limited deep-cystic efficacy
  • Occasional adhesive irritation
  • Edges can visibly lift
  • Residual circle discoloration

Hero Cosmetics earns high marks in reviews for Mighty Patch, which consistently flattens whiteheads overnight, curbs picking, and blends discreetly on skin—especially the Invisible+ and Surface patches. Reviews also flag limits: minimal effect on deep, cystic or under‑the‑skin pimples, occasional irritation or circle marks, edges that can lift, and frequent comparisons to cheaper hydrocolloid alternatives; packaging waste and price sensitivity recur.

  • The pimple patches are my holy grail they work really well

    Feedback

Bigger and smaller circle pimple patches would be great!

  • These patches suck the gunk right out of zits. They work overnight but I find that doing them for up to 3 nights really takes care of the pimples. They're the best

    Feedback

Maybe make one for folks with beard!!!

  • I like the patches they make as they protect my healing pimples and limit my ability to pick at them or irritate them further.

    Feedback

I think even smaller sizes would be great as they usually are big enough that I can cut them into pieces and still get the job done.

  • They work very well I've tried so many different acne spot treatments and this one is by far the best it stays on all night and by morning you can see a huge emprovment

    Feedback

I wish they had bigger sizes

  • I tried these for the first time a while ago and they work so well. Easy and painless all you do is leave them on over night!

    Feedback

They are a bit on the pricey side which is a major turn off:(

  • I got to use the tester pack of the invisible pimple spot treatment! It definitely got the pimples that were ripe to empty out and even when applied to a pimple still forming i felt it cleaned up the area for a seamless transition from almost pimple to clearing out.

I feel like the packaging is a little difficult to maneuver but besides that no complaints!

  • I really enjoy this brand! I’ve tried a few different types of patches (mainly the 2 blemish patches). They help to quickly reduce redness of my acne.

    Feedback

These are great! I do find that they leave the area a bit dry- but that might be the point!

  • This was the only brand I have tried that really worked to get rid of unwanted gunk in my pores! It worked great and was not painful to remove and did not irritate my highly sensitive skin!

You have to be very precise with where you place these spot patches. I may recommend making the patches a little bit larger to cover bigger areas.

  • the best pimple patch on the market! always extracts and is extra secure so stays on even while tossing and turning during the night!

    Feedback

i wish they would include a greater number of pimple patches per box with different sizes of patches for the pricez

  • I have all the patches and they work great to pull out all the gunk from the zit. They do open the pores a little bit so I make sure to ice my face after washing it. I’ve also used the rescue balm for a few weeks and I haven’t seen a big impact with it.

    Feedback

The patches seem to make my skin scar more than if I were to leave the zit alone. Maybe it’s not the patches but every zit I’ve put a patch on has scarred without any picking.

  • Mighty Patch is definitely one of the better pimple patch brands I have used. They stay on perfectly throughout my sleep and I am a very rough sleeper. 99% of the time when I take them off in the morning my blemish has significantly reduced and you can see it on the patch!

I would love to see some colored patches come out! If i’m gonna wear a pimple patch might as well make it fun!!

  • I love Hero Cosmetics and their products, especially their hydrocolloid patches - they actually work and are not flimsy and thin like others on the market. Value for quantity & quality is well worth the cost.

Larger round hydrocolloid patches for face acne!

  • The patch definitely sucked something out of my pimple, but it seemed irritated for days afterward. The pimple has scarred now. It helped with the pain though.

  • I really liked how the patches were comfortable and hard to see so I could wear them during the day or while I’m sleeping. They work great and you can visibly see what the patch picks up. Love it.

I think that they could be bigger but I do believe they come in like surface patches that could cover a large area so I think the product is perfect, worth the money and worth the hype. I got mine from target but you can get yours from pretty much any beauty or department store or their website.

  • These are nice and easy to use. Definitely shrinks the problem spots.

  • Really good product. Can be use with makeup on!

  • Worked great for zoom calls! But didn’t make my spot go away.

  • honestly it's real a hit or miss on these. it might work sometime but not all the times.

  • I tried the ‘Micropoint for Blemishes’ pack (found in the light teal packaging) and by itself…was not impressed. Priced at basically $2 a patch they didn’t work super effectively and after having tried a different brand (the creme shop) they seem mediocre. Maybe using the whole system of products (aftercare and such) would maximize the effectiveness but I just don’t want to buy all of those products. If I had to wear one during the day it wouldn’t be super noticeable to props to them. I finished the whole package but was not satisfied.

Pricing per patch is slightly ridiculous in my opinion but I can’t control that. I wish they specified at what ‘stage’ the patches worked best on pimples because it felt like I need 3 patches per problem area ($6 worth!) I’m also not a fan of the sensation of applying the patches but would be more open minded if they worked better.
