It’s great for white heads! If you have a deep rooted pimple/under the skin, it won’t do anything. But for little whiteheads it pulls everything out and lessens the time you have it.

These patches work better than the others I’ve tried. It’s also super satisfying to see what has been drained out of your face when you remove them. They’re great for certain kinds of acne, but aren’t always effective early on.

I thought these acne patches worked well. The only thing I did not like, is that when I put these patches on acne that was not ready to be popped, they did not seem to work. On ance that was ready to be pooped, these patches helped a lot!!

I notice that my blemishes are smaller the next morning, but I have had the patches fall off which obviously negates any benefits.

So easy to use and just actually works really well. I find myself continually buying it.

I've tried other Pimple patch brands and this one is 100% the best of all of them. I see results overnight almost every time I use it on a pimple that I could pick at. It's also great to use if you have one forming and you want to avoid touching it/ making ti worse!

I tried the basic acne patches in the red packaging and it worked wondered on a cystic acne spot I had under the skin. I wasn’t expect much due to it being under the skin but it seemed to help with the swelling.

For those times you get a pimple right when some important event happens. The patches just sucks it right up and make that pimple let angry and red. I still use a bit of concealer on the pimple are the mighty patch doesn’t remove it entirely for me.

The original version of the mighty patch is the only one I've ever used and it's been great. I can usually see the patch extracting pus/whitehead inflammation within the first 30 minutes to an hour, although the longer you leave it on the more it'll take out. I use this for whiteheads and for irritated ingrown hairs from my beard. The patch does take all the "gunk" out of an irritated spot on my face. The skin doesn't look 100% normal immediately, it usually has a small red spot that still needs to heal, but the redness is from inflammation of the pore and not skin irritation from the patch. Using these makes the acne/whiteheads/ingrown hairs heal up a lot faster than they would on their own. These patches are also excellent at staying in place. They don't move or slide around and I've never had one fall off, even if I'm sweating or wearing a face mask. They don't come off until you want them to! Overall, very happy with these. I keep them in stock at all times.

I have bought almost every single type of mighty patch and i am always in shock and awe about how it works miracles on my skin. I obviously keep coming back for more.

Love these convenient, effective patches! They definitely absorb excess gunk and help heal blemishes faster while reducing redness and swelling. I find they work best on treating skin post-extraction, but don’t really have any impact on my existing surface acne.

The single original patches worked well on my hormonal chin acne

I think its ok, does not work too well on the under the skin pimples.
